with the merging of the realms, flash somehow ends up in a strange looking place, what seems to be the black dragon's base. suddenly flash heares a loud breathing noise.... when out the shadows kabal comes walking out without his mask. when kabals face is revealed, flash takes a step back and says, where am i..? as he puts his mask over his horrible burned face he raises his hook swords and say's ..in your worst nightmare.. kabals attacks, as flash receives a punch and whipes the blood of his lips. they both collide and fight at incredible speed. flash seems to somehow escape.. with kabal holding ground, and his hookswords shining in the moon he hears in a far distance, ...this is not over...

his fatality should be the fatality of mk 3 where he puts his mask off and scares the shit out of the opponent perfect for t rating..

his main power isn't speed.. i really don't even think we know why he has that special. his defining feature is his hookswords. and i can think of some badass specials he can do with those right off the top of my head.

Truth-be-told, Kabal is not an iconic character. The only member of the Black Dragon that is iconic is Kano, but he isn't popular enough. I doubt if Kabal will make it as a playable character, especially before Raiden.
