I'm glad they took the weight-lifter's build from the ninjas, but I am not diggin this design. Aside from the mask, and that Subs looks Asian/Eurasian, I really don't like the costume. It's a combination of the MK:DA and MK SM outfits, and in my opinion, those were two of Sub's worst costumes in the series.

And I know that his arms are supposed to be frozen over or something , but his arms always look weird withouy armguards. Didn't the Shredder outfit utilize wrist/shoulder guards?

Eh..outfit could be worse, but it hasn't captured my imagination. At least Scorpion's uniform actually brought arachnid aspects to the table. Kind of hard to do the same with SubZ, I'm sure, but I probably could have thought of something.

This is basicly their SM outfits with better graphics and more details.

Not really...looks nothing like the MK:SM look, details on the Gi's are different, masks are different, colors are in different areas....and Sub didn't have the scar in MK2. There's others but those are the main ones, have to go eat dinner now.

I do love the design, but again the graphics...

Thank goodness they didn't bring back the chainmail from mksm. Sub-Zero is an assassin not a heavily armored knight. Again, keep the designs simple. Still like the new look. Can't wait for the game.

I love this pick. He even looks better than Scorpian. Scorpian sucks and he will always suck. This is the best pick so far. GO SUB-ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like that Sub-Zero looks younger because it gives me hope that this game will not be part of the MK cannon. It would be good if they try to depict the iconic image of the characters rather than what they look like after the event of Armageddon.

Hmm, just then again, didn’t Scorpion look older in his render? Fingers crossed this isn’t Sub-Zero the even younger... who has the same scar.

Oh, and I was all for the new mask look in the trailer. It was better I think.

That's another thing tho he looks way younger I mean wtf. Can't they stick to a story.

This game looks to be a what iffer. So if Superman can be semi-weak in outworld. Sub can look young in a game involving comics.

The graphics is not the best but also not the worst ..

People do really over rate PS3 .

I liked the Scorpion and Superman renders but this is just bad. The design is just alright but the character model looks awkward, torso's too long, mask looks huge, and fabric looks like hard plastic.

Atleast his in-game model appears to look better.

What story? This game won't be canon.
