True, but he has over centuries of skill, plus he needs to heal in the Lazarus Pits, just like Shang needs souls to stay young and strong. Liu Kang is Mortal and owned Shang. Ra's could take him to.

Shang Tsung: Near infinite knowledge of martial arts, and can steal your soul if you're weak enough to let him.

In Shang Tsung’s defense, he was an old man when Liu Kang beat him, which signals he was almost completely drained of his souls/source of power. The next time he really shows his skills, as part of the deadly alliance, he nearly takes out every other fighter.

As cool as I think Ra’s is, I’ll give this one to Shang Tsung.

Both or either of these two would be awesome for MKvsDC.

Gotta go with Shang Tsung. As "incomplete" mentally, as Shang Tsung is, he's too big a snake for Ras'. I'm not saying he's dumb, but in comparison to Ras' he looses...really bad. Shang Tsung should never try to out-smart Ras' al Ghul.

On the flip side though, Ras' has performed some crazy shit. But that ain't enough for Shang Tsung iMo.

Damn, Shang raped Ras lol. MINION, interesting point dude but at the same time on top of Shang being an all powerful sorcerer on the youth factor like some others have mentioned, Shang can steal souls at any given time if you're a little weakened or can't fight at all. Ras would have to bring the pits with him in order to recharge/stay youth, regain his power which he can't do obviously.

But anywho, on Rampage vs. Sheeva

Rampage, if mere mortals can take Sheeva out then Rampage would crush Sheeva seriously...and Cage has beaten Goro, who is much larger and more powerful then Sheeva so that's another good example to use
