Sheeva.
i vote sheeva she is very quick for a huge shokan woman,
also that statement " mortal can kick her ass so she would lose"
the thing is in mortal kombat all the mortals could kill any of the so called all powerful beings lui kang kicked shoa kahns ass and kahn was as powerful as a god, lui kang kicked a former elder gods ass ( shinnok)
i i basically can tell is in these super hero worlds the most powerful heroes were the humans who had advanced martial arts ability's look at batman smart and the best fighter ever even in the comics batman new how to kill all the super hero's just encase they went bad he even killed superman once.
anyways as you can tell in mortal kombat the heroes were mortal and can beat all these supernatural all powerful beings.
so basically mortal kombat has the best advantage in winning because all these villains and hero's in MK are either ninjas or master martial artists and DC heros hardly have any top notch masters of martial arts batman being the best in DC.

But if i had to choose - Sheeva
Just because i like MK better than DC

i would have to say sheeva because i havent seen many arenas in mk that involve the sun at all ecept for ying yang island and that wouldnt work cuz it shifts but, even if it was a sunny day i think sheeva would completely outsmart rampage. so yea the shokan femme fatale ftw!

So what? Goro's stronger but Mongul's faster?
I think I'm goin Goro either way. I don't know much about Mongul, but if we're just supposed to consider their powers and abilities, I think Goro would take it anyway.
Other than that, my vote is baseless.

Mongul for sure, humans have defeated Goro with a lot less power then Mongul....and Mongul has also at times given Supes a little bit of a run here and there, Supes still owns him but to give Superman a challenge a little bit at least also says it all.
Goro is nothing in that sense.
Mongul.

Mongul.
would people stop using the " humans have defeated this MK character so this DC character should own them"
i said before that argument doesn't work.
1) boon said the merging of the worlds would cause all characters to be equal power to fight
2) we also know that after Armageddon all MK characters got stronger.
3) and i suggest we stop the " humans have defeated so and so" that doesn't work because these so called humans have superpowers all the MK human characters had some kinda power. so human was just explaining their race like shokon or tarkoten. the MK humans are just as strong as the super heroes in DC
now like i said it seems heroes with martial arts backgrounds are the most powerful ones DCs batman is considered the best because hes smart and has the most martial arts training and the comics have proved he knows how to kill all superheroes.
this proves regardless of superpowers quickness and fighting skills get the job done.

Green Lantern
Powers & Abilities Green Latern:
Each Green Lantern wields a power ring that can generate a variety of effects, sustained purely by the ring wearer's strength of will. The greater the user's willpower, the more effective the ring. The limits of the power ring's abilities are not clearly defined and it has been referred to as "the most powerful weapon in the universe" on more than one occasion. Across the years, the ring has been shown capable of accomplishing anything within the imagination of the ring bearer. Stories in 2006 retconned the ring's long-established lack of effect on yellow objects, stating that the ring-wielder need only feel fear and overcome it in order to affect yellow objects. In one issue Kyle Rayner blows up an entire yellow sun in order to destroy a group of hundreds of unpopulated planets that held deadly sicknesses by manipulating the sun's energy to destroy itself.
Power rings as used by various wielders have exhibited (but are not limited to) the following effects:
* Constructs of green 'solid-energy,' often of tremendous size and/or complexity.
* Flight, including flight at speeds beyond that of light.
* Plasma bolts.
* Ability to walk through walls by travelling through 'the Fourth Dimension' [Alan Scott]
* The rings can act as semi-sentient computers, including accessing the Book of Oa, a massive database of everything from the laws of the Guardians and the Corps to the history of the universe.
* Time travel.
* The rings are still reliant on the lantern-shaped power batteries, but no longer limited to 24 hours' charge as they originally were. Kyle Rayner's ring was the first ring to absorb more power than originally thought, having stored the main power battery's energy following its explosion on Oa.
* Telepathic powers.
* Translation of virtually all languages.
* Force field generation.
* Radiation, including simulated kryptonite radiations.
* Generate "earplugs" to block out all telepathic communication and manipulation.[4]
* Render user invisible.[5]
* Green Lantern: Rebirth revealed that only a certain type of willpower can use the ring effectively, as evidenced when Green Arrow's "cynical" willpower barely allows him to generate a single arrow and leaves him exhausted after this feat.

I don't understand these people that think human taking out Goro and a DC guy having less trouble WITH more power can't happen.
It can be used, just think...someone of Cage's stature, and Kang powers(which are near to none) can defeat Goro, so seriously what challenge would he pose to Mongul seriously? have some people read his powers? lol.
MKA endings not EVERYONE is canon, thus not everyone gets stronger....and this is post MKA in which we don't even know who's in yet and why except for subby and scorp.
Secondly, we're not talking about the "in game" this is MK vs. DC in general.....
Anywho
hmmm this is a tough one, I love Ermac and GL....I think I'll go with Ermac on this one....because by using TK he can break GL's arm, thus disabling his ring hand....Shadow thief did that to him rather easily in the cartoon series....
