since kung lao is most likely not in the game im hoping some 1 gets his styles..he was my best in mkda......im hoping tanya ends up being kitana.. just deceieving every 1 into thinking she is tanya,so she can get close to the bad guys.here's hoping......the liu idea i think will be kinda cool w/ him being transparent a see through character....and for some reason i thought raiden would have gotton killed in the start of this game.. im hoping its true that he is in the game and not dead like i thought....

The fact that a character does not appear in Mortal Kombat: Deception does not mean the character is dead. I think it is time for characters that appear SO OFTEN to step aside and let RETURNING and OLD characters to re-appear once again.

Huh?.....If I recall the right things...as I haven't played DA in quite some time; Reptile becomes the Dragon King on his ending, so if he's the Dragon King, I guess he would not appear as a playable character(maybe secret)...I don't know. At last Smoke returns Human, robot, or inbetween I'll be glad to have him. If Sektor's showing up I hope he keeps his homing missles. With Noob as well this is looking to be a very pleasing roster indeed. To me at least.

Oh, another thing: it pretty clear what Jax, Sonya, and Cyrax are doing plotwise. The outworld investigation agency was left in shambles and Cyrax got tore up pretty bad aiding Nitara. They need time to rebuild, regroup, and repair Cyrax's damage, thus not taking part in this chapter of MK. I don't hate any of them, but they've been in the last 4 MK games in a row, time to give some other character a turn, as I'm sure they'll all be in MK7, MK8, MK9.....

In the Fight Night they said that Reptile underwent another involution (non-evolution) and his aspect would be greater and with more aspect of dragon, but not that outside the Dragon King (not this nor confirmed that the Dragon King is in effect a dragon, the Scorpion King wasn't a scorpion, to put an example)

Damn, can you stop bitching out about the characters on the game!?!?!. I mean, the MK team are doing what they think is best, and if you don't like what they done, just don't buy the game!. You can't judge the game nor say that the MK Team is not doing the work the right way just because your fav character is not in, or they put crappy old characters once again, however, none has seen a pic of these characters; and none of us know if they are still crappy, or better. In fact, this info is not 100% confirmed yet!(maybe soon will be confirmed, or denied). So please accept what has been done, and bitch about the game AFTER you play it, and after you tried all the things you think "suck" in the game.
However, I think people should discuss the news and explain their ideas in a decent way, like people has been doing mostly in this thread. I explain this because most people in this thread do explain and discuss in a decent way.

At first I didn't like the Tanya and Liu Kang thing, but now the more I thought about it, the more I came to accept it. It could be cool.

I'm with you man. I think most of these people just need to get over the initial shock that their personal favorites aren't in the game. At least they'll get some sort of cameo on Konquest. Did you guys forget how awesome Konquest is gonna be, or that it will be online. Be more optimistic.

Hey folks... just got some word on this article from my Midway contacts. First off, none of this news is from any kind of official release, and our contact confirmed that there was at least one major flaw in the posting. In the meantime, he's checking the validity of the rest of it for us, and as soon as he gets back to us we'll let you know what we can.
