I'm dissapointed with Reptile's look. I loved his MKDA look, it made him look more lizard-like and kept him away from the word "ninja". I don't hate his MKSM look, but it reminds me too much of Ermac with those black bandages.


Anyways, Motaro looks alright, Chameleon looks alright; hopefully we see Khameleon soon. Oh and btw, am I the only one where who thinks Meat should be.....well, meatier? Afterall his name Meat , so they should make him a bit more fleshy IMO. A plain bloody skeleton is too boring and unoriginal (don't you think of bloody skeletons when you think of MK or Fatalities? C'mon.....lol).

Motaro is almost as big as moloch!! Though I cant tell if hes on his hind legs or not. His forearm is abit short and fat but its only a digital painting at the end of the day.

2 things:

1: Khameleon had a very intresting little plot.

2: We havn't seen her yet. There's not much to say about what we've already seen but things we havn't we can speculate on till the cows come home.

The N64 version of MKT didn't suck, it just wasn't UMK3 perfect.the PS MKT was broken as well with the MK 2 characters and bosses....both Khameleon's/Chameleon's sucked in MKT if you ask me besides.

Anyway, Chameleon does look sweet, Meat looks interesting, Motaro will be centaurian, if he's not that's retarded then he's not Motaro now, is he?

He looks cool though, I have to admit there's always someone to bitch about someone, MK:DA Reptile looked alright, I do like this one better but they have some explaining to do because if they don't put MK:DA rep in this, they should explain why.Perhaps his storyline changed him to classic again somehow because if you notice, his eyes changed.They're now red with the MK:SM look, his MK:DA his eyes are more reptilian like with yellow and the black slit so....yeah Midway should explain that.

I think his MK:DA will be his alternate.It should.

But I love the new MK:A everyone shot.

This looks awesome. Glad to see MKSM Reptile but i am still hopein for DA as the alternate. Scorpian looks much better. Meat and Chameleon look sweet. Motaro i have a feeling will only have 2 legs and no tail cause you cant see them. I still think Khameleon is in because of Cinders clues and there is a space between Drahmin and Mokap.

Well it sort of makes sense for him to look like that, if Khameleon is in this game. Now he is starting to evolve back to himself.

That's pretty interesting, I'm almost exactly opposite of you opinion wise.

1. I love MKSM Reptile

2. I hated his look in MKDA, I feel there's nothing original about that look cuz everybody's done that look before. (Primal Instinct to Soul Calibur ect.)

3. I like ninjas, but I don't want a buch of pallete swaps. We don't have exact swaps anymore so i'm happy with the look. Maybe you'll get the lizard look as an alt or something. And i think the MKSM look separates him from that other ninjas, but I see what you're saying. Smile.

4. To me Motaro looks terrible, I hope he looks better in the actual game. Maybe a stand alone render will help this.

5. I'm indefferent about the C//Khameleon's but I do really really like the look they gave Chameleom. To say the least....i'm interested in him now more than ever.

6. I like the way Meat looks but, I do agree, he could be...."meatier", "fleshier". but he's cool the way he looks now so again, I'm interested in him now more than ever.

7. And..(don't you think of bloody skeletons when you think of MK or Fatalities? C'mon.....lol) Yep, I do indeed. Dripping and slimey in all it's glory.


Again, I find it interesting that I disagree on so much of your post, and I think such oppinions as ours are what makes or breaks character in the game.

you know i was thinking most of the charachters on the select screen have been made from rumours and moaning during the past like 10 years

Khameleon looks fine, i just perfer chameleon over any mk ninja.

I got a chance to play as cham in tril and knew that giving some good moves in a future game he would be awsome.

I never really brought up chamel in mka because when people hope it's sometimes leads to lost hopes.

Now that chameleon is in im f'n happy my 2 favs stryker and cham is who i will mostly be using, fujin to and taven.

But as it stands stryker and cham are my most anticipated.

Seeing chameleon finally put back hope inside me and im glad i didnt jump the gun cuz it paid off now and he's in!!!

Im just really happy boon did add him im very, very, thankful.

Awesome image. The characters' faces look better than ever in it (Heh, Mavado looks like he's thinking "Why did they put me between two skinless guys and in front of Mokap?".)

Kind of sad to see Reptile in that ninja get-up. I don't mind it, but I preferred his MK:DA outfit, and I want an explanation as to why he's dressed as a ninja again.

Chameleon looks great. His skin is transparent and everything.

Sareena looks A LOT better. Hopefully this is a sign that they're making some alterations to the character models in-game to make them look better?

Meat looks cool, though we can't see much more than we did in his character select icon.

Hah, Noob is purplish. Guess he doesn't want to be outdone by Rain or something.

And the lack of visible horse-body for Motaro is worrying, but I'm guessing they may still be working on that portion of him.

Well actually n64 trilogy was better than the PSX version thanks to:

less loading
more balanced gameplay due to lack of boss characters
superior secret character.

But whether it sucked or not has nothing to do with this thread.
