<3 I'm just glad he looks powerful! He's huge (which is odd for him) and super pissed off! From that alone I can just tell he's going badass (as usual)! It's interesting that he has no sleeves... Also, his cloak is shorter than usual and it's white. I'm glad he's not the MKD/MKA Raiden. We have the good Raiden back although the dark background is a nice contrast to this.. It's nice they've gone with his classic design with MKDA influences of sorts. The electricity is probably the best bit of the render. Regardless, he's awesome no matter what!

Saw it. Yea, he looks fantastic. It looks like they might have heard me ranting about his look in a previous thread. Not to sound too over-excited though. An idicator is that the shoes look like "they made it a point to make sure he had them".... That, and it takes some ques from Garladors fan art (a power pose). I love it. Looks different, but great at the same time.
The sleeveless Raiden plays all day long because they made him muscular.
He looks pissed off. hahaha! I am so happy about that. Critique and itemization will come with the Hi Res though.
