Wow, so I've had aplastic anemia for the last 2 years and apparently its become much worse. In fact it's become CML aka Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia. Doctor told me I won't live to see 30 if I don't have a bone marrow transplant within the next 2-3 years. I've hid it from my family and friends with the exception of 2 close ones. So now I'm forced to tell them and it won't be pretty. BEfore I do though I'm getting a second opinion because I honestly don't feel sick

I need to lose weight, but don't want to lose muscles. I have no idea how to do this. Everyone I know who has lost weight has become a lot weaker because of all the muscle loss. I don't want that to happen to me, but I figure burning some fat would be a good thing. Just have no idea how to do one and not do the other. Anyone have any advice

Eat Healthy. You need to eat the right foods, at the right time.
Get Stronger. Prevents muscle loss, so you lose fat not muscle.
Do Cardio. Speeds up fat loss and allows you to eat more.

I really honestly don't believe I have it, I just don't feel it. I had some tests done yesterday for a 2nd opinion. Bone marrow tests hurt like a fuckin bitch. THey said I shouldn't walk much for the next 2 days but I can't afford to take time off work unfortunately which was a pain in the ass. I'm going to miss school tonight cause my hip is in immense pain. But yeah I want to see how this turns out, what sucks is that they told me it'd be 2-4 weeks before I get results back

Well...for those who care about my sporadic updates, I'm now playing George Harrison in a Beatles Tribute band in Burbank called The Taxmen...not my idea for the name, but at least it's named after one of my favorites...and even though i'm playing George, i do most of the vocals...much fun...

Gonna watch Toy Story 1 and 2 in 3D tomorrow can't wait. It's one of my favorite movies . I haven't watched Toy Story in years so I can't wait to see it in Disney 3D . And then gonna watch Zombie Land I hope it's a good movie. And I wanna watch Whip It and Capitalism : A Love Story and The Invention of Lying. Wow a lot of flicks are coming out this weekend.
