Sauce for Sesame Chicken:
1/2 cup water
1 cup chicken broth
1/8 cup vinegar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 cup sugar
2 TB dark soy sauce
2 TB sesame oil
1 tsp chili paste, or more if desired
1 clove garlic (minced)

the rest of the recipe is easily found on yahoo, but i can provide it for ya, i have yet to try it... i am currently enjoying my first batch of sweet and sour sauce... i will never go back to ordering chinese food, EVER

i can give you the current and only recipe ill ever use for the sweet and sour, absolutly mindblowing compared to the watered down taste you get at a chinese restaurant.

Unfortunately, the day after next Wednesday (Thursday, April 12th) I will be going to DisneyWorld...don't get me wrong, DisneyWorld is fucking AWESOME because of the stuff like Space Mountain/Matterhorn/etc., but I'm really only going because since my little stepbrother Max (who I fucking hate), and my older (by blood) brother Chris are going with my dad, I just went "...why the hell not" so yeah.
