And you don't know how much I HATE THE FACT THAT IT IS TRUE!

Hahahaha..

Nightcrow Wrote:
I hate society overall, but one of the things i hate the most, is the Hip Hop culture, and everything around it: music, clothes, movies, way of thinking, attitude..... the list goes on and on...
Sometimes i'm invaded by a killing force, wich makes me burn in desire of breaking Hip Hoper bones, because they think they're the kings and bosses of everywhere the walk, if a guy looks at them for ten seconds, they ALL be cowardly trying to start shit with that person, provoking, insulting and using their ridiculous vocabulary abreviations and own expressions.

1. Why hate society? Kinda bitterwink don't you think? Everybody alive is born, are consumers, and then die at some point. Shit happens in the meantime, but what's to be hateful about? That's a little off topic(in the drive-by thread I know..) but, I generally just find that....uhhhm... "perception" odd amongst the living.I always thought that'd be a cool standpoint for a ghost in a movie or something....or like, Drahmin or Havik. meh.

2. I won't make an excuse for the behavior of alot people who likely listen to Hip Hop. BUT, I will say that Hip Hop ties alot of history and personality into it. So, if you mis-understand us, or have such a conclusive opinion about us (like you do, NightCrow) without specific consideration for the facts, you are insulting ALOT of us at once without having to be aggressive about it. Which makes it something to throw back in your face by metaphorically, taking over the fucking world.

"You don't know me like that." Pretty much sums up what I'm talking about.

3. I can only speculate as to why you feel like a person "thinks they're a king" (much less royalty). But I won't here. The best advise I'd have for you, is to "Stop thinking that about us". Nobody I know actually( I mean ACTUALLY) perceives themselves as a "King", and I can speak on that because parts of my family are actually gang members, drug dealers, and killers. And on top of that, a whole section of my familys' last name is actually "King"(lol, it's just a name to us). Search the general forum for Antwain King.

Concerning all the aggressive behavior and the "ridiculous vocabulary", every culture has it. Mostly notable is whatever countries Armed Forces. It's only "accepted" because "civilized society" agree that at least one major measure of protection is needed. Which I think is a true desire...everyone wants some sort of security....Even if it is a false sense.

Anyway, in "our neighborhoods", we really do need extra security. There actually is enough activity and corruption "In The Hood" to warrant the need. But, lawless authority like that is also, and originally where you get the "Thug Mentality".

Nightcrow Wrote:
I hate Hip Hop as a music style, because it only talks about: money, cars, "bitches" ( i hate this word..), how awesomely amazing they are, and how rich they are, candy shops lol etc ...

1. Well, allow me to throw a shot back here.

It seems that considering the kind of music you listen to, you're in need of some empowering yourself.

Listen, this is one very good example of the cost America is paying for oppression. When you tell a whole culture that "they ain't shit" for 400 some odd years, what do you expect? We see this same exact persona played out in some of the greatest movies the world has seen.
The superhero gets beat down badly by the oppressive ruler, then immediately finds new strength from within. Only to inevitably, come back and kick the shit out of the oppressive ruler" *everybody claps and leaves the theater*

And I know you like some of these types of movies....You love us, you just refuse to look at it like that because of a false sense of security in your own opinion.

Nightcrow Wrote:
In my opinion, i repeat: my opinion, the all hip hop sounds ridiculous, just some rhimes with no art at all, packed up in a super repetitive and not even earable melody.

1. Eye, or in this case, Ear of the beholder. But, I can accept that people feel that way. And it sounds like you're being exposed to most of the wrong artist all the time. Not that it would really matter if you actually did tune into The Roots(The Next Movement), Kanye West(Big Brother), Common(Go), Talib Kweli (More Less), OR Mos Def - Immortal Technique - Eminem(Tell The Truth). SEE the lyrical content IN THIS Song, from THESE artist. Don't lie to me and tell me that the word play from these artists is not art. You can't tell me that it takes no skill to craft messages from the words and story's they used.

There is no rock band to date that does this shit. Nothing close. I mean, they may portray a mood well, and some of them can even tell excellent stories, but none of them carry the weight of the above listed artist. None, not one....and still, I am able to appreciate that Rock artist speak to their listeners in a way that matters.

Why would I hate that? How could anybody for that matter, unless they are self absorbed themselves?

2. However, by the "sound" of the artist you posted for me there, imo, the lead singer sounds like some street racer out of Fast and the Furious. One of the burnout scenes without the sound of the engine to accompany it. Just the sound of the tires spinning on concrete.

Which, I guess there's "talent" and value in the guys voice...it just leads me to believe that as a comedian might mimic robot sounds, this guy should probably mimic car sounds..... But there's no way I'd tolerate listening to burn outs all day. Nor would I tolerate "banging pots" all day either.

So what I'm saying here, is being SO judgmental about someone else's art is almost entirely illogical and ...because, you refuse to see that there is value in it to someone. Especially concerning Hip Hop because, more people on the Earth are listening to, and buying it than anything else ever in human history.

You gotta be kidding me.

Nightcrow Wrote:
I hate hip hopers, because they all have that fucking atitude of a drug dealer... yeah, that's right, A FUCKING DRUG DEALER!
What the fuck is "cool" with that? I call it ridiculous, just that.

You miss the point. The point has never been about glorifying the sells drugs, or hurting people in the process. The point is "I have a successful business...this is how I did it." The flaws are mainly the enviornment, the product, and the type of customer you must supply in order to get success.

And you're wrong about all Hip Hop culture portraying a drug dealers "persona". Refer to the links I posted above. Those artist sell millions of records, which only means that there are millions of people who don't want to have anything to do with drugs, or the drug-lord persona.

Now, you know better.

Nightcrow Wrote:
Always speaking and moving like they're all strong lions that will kill off any guy who says what everybody thinks but is afraid of saying: "FUCK YOU GOD DAMN RETARD!"
And they think that their music is threatening and imponent, so much that they are proud of that criminal look that only turns them into even more complete morons...

That's complete bullshit my man. "Hells Angels" do the same shit but they are some of the nicest and helpful people(I've spent some good time with some of them). Stop being scared of 'em and just accept them//us for being different than you. That's no excuse to have hatred.

Oh yea, "Impotent". I think you meant something else. And if not, Hip Hop is the exact opposite anyway.

Nightcrow Wrote:

Want some fucking imponent music??

How about this, HUH??

Seriously, don't you think that these guys from thess clips should be the ones to have that kind of "boss" atitude? Don't you think that the guys from these clips are the ones ready to fucking smash every single bone of someone who insults them?

Hell naw... Those guys look like they actually Want to go ahead, and lay right down in the grave with the rest of the corpses'. They look like they didn't have shit better to do with their time, so they decided that black clothes and "Death", was the best way to go". (pun..intended. lol)

But since I don't know them like that, and since I can't hear enough to relate to whatever message they're soliciting....I WILL NOT JUDGE THEM. Outside of them being what they are...Artist//Musicians.

They're just some guys in some really peculiar clothes to me. I like the color black, but besides that I don't know why they would want do or talk the way the do. I don't care more than anything I guess...let them do what they do and get their money. *Pom Poms* Yay.

Nightcrow Wrote:
Instead of those clows who roam the city streets in groups, and dress up like some crazy ass head.
I hate Hip Hop in terms of clothing, because it IS STUPID. So, if you like hip hop, you must dress up like some fucking asshole who didn't even finished 9th grade and has absolutely no fucking good taste at all..! Ridiculous.

Now that's a direct shot at me dude. C'mon with that shit...you know I rap and love Hip Hop. Btw, I graduated from High School, and a Real Estate Trade School. So I'm not mad or anything lol, but I got you though.

Look, Read the following, and learn something.

If you had to engage in "criminal activity" because there was no other way for you(picture hues of Arcadic and Medieval times existing today.),.......
YOU WOULD CARRY SHIT THAT YOU DON'T WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT.

So, Baggy Clothes with alot of pockets and shit fits a "criminals" purpose. Imagine dressing like them Death Goth mufuckas and trying to carry 2 handguns, a couple extra clips, some drugs, and a wad of money on you... ? That's a stupid ass way to dress if you got shit on you that gen pop(general population) won't accept. Tight ass jeans and shirts and shit with holes all over...On Purpose!?! No...No. If you dress like that on purpose, all it says to us is that you're well enough off that you will actually tear your own shit up....You got enough goin for you that you will purposely......?!? Hahaha! Where do you live? Cuz since I'm hurtin', and I see that you got enough money and resources to tear up you own shit, Ima come and rob YOU first.

Lol, I'm juuust jokin'.

Anyway, now say my gangs' name was the Chicago Bulls. And we all want to win by having a successful dope business, probably get rid of the drugs and live "the American Dream" somewhere along the way. Main rules being, don't smoke the product, don't get caught, and DO not die.

Now, say a whole culture at least tries to understands that way of life, and recognizes that kind of struggle, and we all want to incorporate that way of wearing clothes into a style called Hip Hop.

BAM! Now since you ain't a part of this culture, and you REFUSE to even entertain the thought...you hate it?

You're not thinking straight if that's the case.....I-M-O.

Nightcrow Wrote:
The list of my hatred for Hip Hop goes on and on and on and on... but i'm not posting it here.
I just wished that more people started to be themselves instead of following some mainstreamed steaming goat shit.

Predy, i like you, and you know i do. I have nothing against you, and this post wasn't in purpose of insulting you nor any other member, but i couldn't waste this opurtunity to express my opinion.

1. You know, I don't think you know how to be yourself. Yet you take the liberty to predicate and demand it of others. It's shown mainly because you blindly "Hate" something you have practically no real knowledge about. It seems anyway. EDIT: I should mention that Hip Hop doesn't have a "problem" with fads like other genres of music do, especially the hues of Rock music. We have an abundance of them that are interchangeable. Time isn't even a real issue. Ever heard of a "Throw Back Jersey, or pair of Jordans"?(/edit)

2. This subject matter is my fault. Aheh, I was waiting for one of you guys to jump on this subject so I could reply. Call it a culmination of a couple places I've been lately (off and online). That have spawned a need to "correct" people about how asinine and fucked up it is to actually Hate something they know little to nothing about.

So just so that we're clear, we're still good NightCrow. As long as there's no hard feelings about this subject matter, I still think you have a cool (online) personality. Hell, I pretty much never take things hard anyway.

It is possible to continue with me and be civil on that merit.

That's my word.

It's fuck-in slang d00d. We are everywhere no matter what whoever says is wrong with the culture.

Like I was saying, it's virtually impossible to be alive in a modern society without being affected by Hip-Hop. And that's just a subtle nod to the point....

Haha. Guess what I found. In the newly locked thread of Sub-Frost's, Reign_of_Chaos made a post which was stupid, and I thought he was trying to be funny, so I replied saying "Not Funny", and he decided to act tough on the internet, and say that he would kick my ass if he ever saw me. Go to that thread and look at this post at the bottom if you want to see it. But I copied and pasted it right here:

Reign_of_Chaos Wrote:
you know what IS funny? that right when i was posting that, i knew YOU would reply first and say "not funny" and im quite serious about that post. eh... i have the urge to kick ur ass if ive ever seen you. no offence, seriously. and were about the same age sso it fits perfectly.

So, you knew that the idiotic post you made was gonna get my reply of "Not Funny"? That's odd, I always post my (Purposeful) idiocy posts in the Drive-By, if I do sound idiotic in other topics that aren't spam type ones, those were just because I was being an idiot.

Also, what do you mean by serious? Do you mean that you actually molest children and their fathers? I was kinda confused by that :S

Also, don't try to tell me that you could and would kick my ass if you saw me. You don't even fucking know me. Also, I doubt you have ever seen me before.

But whatever, you can go on and think you're all tough and shit by telling someone over the internet that you're gonna kick their ass if you see them, doesn't matter to me. I doubt I'll ever see you, and if you do somehow manage to find me and recognize me, then go ahead and try to swing at me. What would happen from there is what would happen. I don't know who'd win, but I know I'd put up a good defense.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In other news, I can now do an impossible (which aren't impossible, they're just really hard)!

Wow.... I'm getting better and better at skating :D

The way you summarized my intellectual quote was absolutely smashing dear friend, I absolutely am amazed at your intelligence quotient, good sir.
