I personally like it, because I think it adds some darkness and yet sexiness to the character. It can indeed be too extensive to the point of looking trashy, but some dark smokey eye make-up isn't that bad imo.

She is looking much easier to play as than I thought. Not sure if I'd main her though. I'm having a hard time seeing lengthy combo potentials with her at the moment, but I'll give her a try.

You beat me too it. I'm really liking how in depth Dojo mode is going to be and how it's going to teach broad mechanics that applies to all fighting games. It will definitely help average players improve their game. I know frame data has been one thing I've never really understood or cared about. So I'm glad KI will go over it.

I LOVE Orchid's look. I had some reservations about her outfit though, as it wasn't what I had in mind at all, but I'm warming up to it. She looks badass, imo. Can't wait to see her in action. ^^

That sixth Glacius color might be one of my favorites to date, along with the Red XIII Saberwulf and dark blue Thunder.

I personally like the blue/black Jago, the all black Sabrewulf, the red Glacius and the red/black Thunder. Black Sadira with red edges too, but her main colour scheme is also very nice.

I'm liking everything about this game. It sucks that I have to wait for it on PC *crosses fingers* I just can't stomach the fact that even a game as awesome as this doesn't even outweigh the stupidity that is microSOFT & their "set-top box" as one youtube user would put it.

I can't wait to see what color combinations they came up with for Orchid.

As far as some of the recent changes go, I'm not entirely crazy about the new ending match fonts. Yeah sure they do look more fitting to the rest of the game, but I was used to old font. For some reason the new font looks odd. maybe if they add some shading or something to it to make it pop more.

I kind of wouldn't mind if they went a little more like MK and choose to go with the blood red metallic font, rather than just the plain metallic font.

I noticed that Glacius has a color scheme that makes him look like Spawn. That's pretty great.

I was just watching the latest streaming play of Killer Instinct from 10/3 and Just seen the black w/orange accent Saberwolf and jago's powder blue color, which i'm really liking.

Also quite a bit of info, I'm not sure if anyone is aware of:
-Orchid's gameplay trailer will be revealed by the end of the month
-The final 2 post launch DLC characters will be revealed before the game actually launches so everyone knows what they are getting with the $40 package
-There will be support for custom soundtracks
-Sadira's alternate costume will be 80's/90's inspired. Basically what she would have looked like had she been in the first KI game
-Killer Instinct 2 port a possibly with Season 2/Round 2
-Ken Lobb - "No Mercies will probably come down the road in the Season 2"
-Story mode will be released along side the final character and will be similar to other fighting game story modes.


As far as the no mercy comment goes, I've been thinking. If Next gen systems really do allow developers to add new content like that, rather than just on disk DLC, I could see some developers using it to get around the ESRB rating system. Currently the new Killer instinct game is rated T, but Anyone who has played any recent game with a multi-player/online component knows that there is a warning that DLC and online content isn't rated by the ESRB.
