Blame Toei and the fans for all of that bullshit. Toriyama wanted to end it with Frieza. Goku kills Frieza, Namek blows up, and Goku doesn't escape. Would've been a great way to end everything. But no, fans wanted more and so did Toei and thus Toriyama does more, most likely half assing things as, from what I remember, he was really getting sick of Dragonball by that point.

I know that was the case. But I do have to say though that I'll excuse some things, and all the way up until the end of the Cell saga. Because the Cell saga is the final believable moment in DBZ. Goku accepts death, Gohan provides hope for Earth, the future is saved, and Mr. Satan gets all of the credit for saving Earth when it's still somewhat believable.

I liked the Buu saga, but that's where all of the big blunders come into play.

Yeah, DBZ got really silly in the Buu saga, but it was still entertaining.
I miss playing Chrono Trigger, it was fun. Anyways, from Left-Right Chrono (Decidedly Saiyajin looking fellow), Marle (Bulma's body), Lucca (Bulma's mind), Magus, Frog, Robo, and Ayla.

I would say the Saiyans in general are my favs, particularly Goku, Vegeta, SSJ2 Gohan, and Vegetto.

I hate Tien, Chi-chi (annoying as hell), Brolly, and Android 19. Oh, Krillin too.

Why is the Garlic Junior completely overlooked in the games?

Vegeta Question- Because the Hair is a mutation that goes along with the SSJ4 look

Garlic Question- Because he was never really a made part of the real story if u think abouyt it i mean he just poped up out of no where

Uhh.. The Garlic thing was the main thing that started off DBZ. It didn't show it, but it happened.

Garlic is the little blue man at the beginning of DB just to indentify him. He Began a lot of the plot since he too was looking for the DB so it made him the first real adversary of Goku.

Because Garlic Jr. sucks.

A more important question would be, "Why did Piccolo, the most badass character in all of DBZ next to Vegeta, lose all importance (ooh, he trained Gotenks. Yay.) and become an absolute wuss in the Buu saga?"

I mean, come on. No one, no matter how strong, tells Piccolo they're going to break him in half without serious reprecussions.

Piccolo had to be my favorite character in Dragon Ball Z up untill after the Cell Games. Dragon Ball Z completley over looked the non Saiyan characters in Dragon Ball Z after the Cell Games. I was disapointed to see Piccolo no longer fighting as much as he used to and Krillin also, and when Krillin grew hair he lost all his uniqueness in my opinion.

Also after the Dragon Ball Z series ended, Gohan turned out to be a real pencil neck in GT. Gohan happened to become another favorite of mine and he had alot of potential during the series of Dragon Ball Z to become the most powerful warrior out of the Z fighters. In the Buu Saga, when Gohan turned Mystic it was a real cool thing but Majin Buu handed his ass to him as soon as Piccolo and Gotenks were absorbed by him.

And Goku, well the series never let the fans down with him. Goku happened to become my favorite character in the end, I always liked Goku due to his personality, Goku is an awsome fighter but is a little slow in the head and I like that. In GT I watched him become Super Saiyan 4 and that was bad ass. It is a completley different look than any Super Saiyan form I know.

I was wondering if the Dragon Ball series could be continued even after Dragon Ball GT, if anyone could pick up the show and carry it on for another series. The long dead rumor of Dragon Ball AF could mabey be brought to life one day, who knows?

I hope there is never, ever, eeeeeveer another DB series UNLESS Akira Toriyama is 100% involved. His presence was severely missed in GT, and any other future DB series without him will be every bit as bad.

i liked DBZ up untill DB:GT it was so dumb, wheres all the fighters? its only trunks and goku....oh yeah, pan too, but she sucks, cant do anything, and trunk is lame now too, why didnt they make him like future trunks, he rocked, i say get rid of GT and start with w/e is next becuz i havnt watched GT yet, but i would like to see the ep where he first goes SSJ4, anyone know where i can get it or when its on?

You can get the GT episodes on DVD at Best Buy, Circuit City, and other places like that.

And Goku's SSJ4 transformation is kinda cool, but don't expect it to be like any of the transformations from DBZ. You will be dissapointed.

i agree, he is what made dbz as big as it was, gt is kinda cool but it lacks the storylines and info that dbz had, it has good action but thats not all db is all about, you need to have info to understand it and then the action takes it from there. I also dont like gt cause vegetas hair just doesnt do it for me, he has lost his badass image and doesnt do as many of the things he did in dbz.

My favorite episode of all the DB series is definatley when In the Cell Games, Gohan turned SSJ2, that was the most badass episode, then the 1 handed kamehameha. I wish they had a full Sayin girl so a girl could go super sayin, maybe Bra? I didnt like that Gohan didnt progress, he was the best character in almost everyones eyes after the cell games, but he didnt even progress at all after SSJ2 which was a shame. After the cell games the seires started to dwindle a little, then when GT came around it was a spiraling nosedive compared the the success of DBZ
