You left one out...Dino Zoff...he won the world cup with Italy in '82 - and was amazing in that tournament from what I've heard.

Damn...Germany only tied Latvia. I wanted Germany to win they are my fav. team. This Holland/Czech game is AWESOME so far. 2-1 Holland , Van Nistelrooij is amazing.

Yeah Germany are VERY lucky that the Czech's beat Holland. The Germans only tied Latvia, now they have two pts. They play the czech's in the last game, and the Czech's will field a weak team - cus they've already won the group - so Germany, after playing badly, will once again make the QF's (just like 94, 96, 98, 02)

Simple....the referee just given too many injury time(about 5 mins!!!)...and France scored when there were 28 remaining seconds!!!

After, Italy were too demoralized to fight in xtra time, and Trezeguet scored soon after....

I was sad after Wiltord scored because i already knew that France would have won at extra time...i felt they were in a better mind condition in that moment...

Once again then, Spain underachieve and are eliminated early. Portugal could have won by 3 or 4 goals - they had many good chances, but 1-0 was enough.

There are also rumors of trouble in the Italian camp. Supposedly Vieri and Buffon were in an argument, but they say the newspapers made that story up. Then Vieri got very angry at a press conference and stormed out, it seems there is alot of tension within the Italians right now.

I'm pretty worried about Italy, i'm assuming they'll win bulgaria, but who knows how the denmark and sweedan game will go, i'm putting my money on the sweeds.

My prediction for England is thatthey'll have a worrying start, as usual, but they'll pull through for a interesting game with Portugal, both are capable of beating each by atlest 2 goals, we'll see if England get through first though.
