Well to answer your question.

To type in big writing, do the following example.

Enter text

To type a Direct Link.

[a href=enter url]enter text[/a]

Make sure you Replace the [ and ] for < and >

If you are confused,Go to this General HTML Sticky Thread and you will find out more there.

Hope this helps.wink

How many DPs does it take to get past warrior? And as a SP, how do you see the option to give someone a skull or DP?

OK, it takes 75 to make it to warrior. Past that I don't know (I was well into working towards Skilled Warrior before I got promoted).

As SPs, under each post we see a box with a O in it and 5 circles. Clicking the box will change it to a + (DPs) or a - (skulls) and then at the bottom of the page is a "score posts" button. Quite simple, really.

That is actually not true,I just ranked up to Warrior with 70 Dragon Points.

My question is who else has actually counted there first Dragon Points other than me,To get this idea that you need 75 to rank up?confused

One other question,How do you use Jabber? I just became a Warrior and i have no idea what it is used for.confusedconfused

You are wrong. As one of the fastest ranking users in MkO history I was fortunate enough not to realize what a Dp was, until I was well on my way to ranking to warrior. It sort of allowed me to get all of my points at once...All over the forums....

As you may know a bulk of them were in the old request thread. After I ranked, I stopped, went back, and counted all the ones I knew of myself....By the time I got to repetitous counting, I had something like 78dps'. It looks like you got some dragon points that you can't find.....

Wrong. Those are Notices that Admin. or Staff post. They posted above stickies. They are closed because they chose to do so.

Also:

- It's 75 DPs (Supposidly) to rank up to Warrior.
-The only way the Shadow Priest, Portal Guard, or God rank can be achieved is through promotions from the site administration.
-To become a Portal Guard, one must be a Shadow Priest first and then do their job as a SP
-To become a Shadow Priest, one must have a unanimous vote from the Portal Guards

It won't work if you don't put the " " after the = and at the end of the link before the >

ex:

< img src= " URL OF LINK " >

I only spaced it out so that you can see it clearly.

One of the site's changes crashed Jabber's system. You can't use it.

Okay I got a question. How long does it usually take (on average or whatever) for a fanfic to get posted after It has been submitted?

It goes thorugh a screening process. The mods take a look at it and make sure the content is appropriate. 2-3 days maybe 15 minutes you never know. It might not get posted at all.

Just want to correct that a bit.
Only two people in the entire forum look at pictures and at fanfics (AcjBizar and ~Crow~ respectively), one for each section only, so the wait time may not be consistant. For the drawings, since there are a lot of submissions, it can take weeks, but generally, the writing takes less time to be accepted (give it a week at most).

Good job, Me neither.

Answer:

Well, when computers load, they gather all the "bits" and peices of information together. Therefor, when you come across that "smaller" avatar or even sometimes invisible signature....the information was not completely gathered together by the system.

A simple answer:

It's your internet explorer vs this server vs the actual kb size of the picture.
The picture will suffer everytime cuz it's all programming...and you know what happens when you incorrectly program stuff..

Go to Imageshack. (It is the best Image Hoster to use, since it is free!!) It will read "Upload:". Click "file", and next to it it says "Browse". Click "Browse", browse through where you saved your image file. After you have found that image, click "OK", and click "Host It!" below. Then after about 10-15 seconds, it will take you to another screen, showing you different types of links to your image, to use. Go below to the last one that reads "Direct Link To Image", and copy and paste the link in to your post. Before the link, you put {img src=, so after that is put and the link is put after that, at the end add }. So it would look like {img src=http://www.linkofimagehere}, but replace the "{" and "}" with "", without the quotation marks of course. So it would look like this:

I made a current Thread in the General discussion forum. It had its replies, but all of a sudden I cant find it at all !
Its like looking for a Thread that never even existed.
Is it possible someone could have taken it off the site before closing my thread?

Don't worry, this is what happened: it does not matter if your Thread received a load of replies, since there is a lot of other Threads people reply to also, the Thread most recently replied to will be on the top of the Page, and the next most recent replied to Thread will be under below the other Thread, and the System goes on. But anyway, if you want to find any Thread you created, use The Search Feature. It also serves as an excellent Guide to see if a Subject you are going to post as a Thread has already been covered, so say for example someone created an "Official Sub-Zero Discussion Thread" (which actually has been created) if you were going to create a Thread and you didn't see it on the first page of The Overall Mortal Kombat Discussion Section of The Forum, you would search for The Subject with The Search Feature, to see if the Subject has already been covered. However, there also are certain exceptions to the rules: for example, in the Mortal Kombat Games: 2002-2006 Section Of The Forum, if someone created a Thread about The "Evil"/Dark Version Of Raiden and someone wanted to create the same Thread 8 months later, even though the Thread would be too old to bump and would normally render a new Thread about the same Subject all right, it would be not allowed since the Subject has been covered to the death. And I am using an actual example, in case anyone is curious. But anyway, here is The Search Feature:.
