You can also see them when you view the source code of the page. The dots are meant to be hidden, but they are pretty delibret. I think there is something fishy in Bangkok....

It's just the creation of a webpage. The image in the middle is just a "header" for now....a simple place holder.

The other dots can be logically attributed to future buttons, or as place holders for HTML separations later into the development of the site.

Without explaining what every little thing there is, just understand that the site is simply..."Under Construction". Could just be a gateway site(domain place holder) to another "official site" that is being developed too.

BUT, If there was anything about this noob.com site so far, that might have the possibility of "meaning something", it would most likely have to do with the letter/pictures(planets and all that) changing around.

But that's it.....aaand I can't see hints and clues coming from the pictures that are there. Especially because they're such sub-par pictures anyway. I swear, if you google you could find better looking pictures of earth and the moon, AND whatever else the circles were before.
