Heh, I have that book too. Pretty freaking cool isn't it? I've got SO many comic books and Batman graphic novels I haven't even looked much into it yet. I also have a whole 'nother encyclopedia completely focused on just Batman characters etc. I love stuff like that, a whole shelf filled with 'em. Glad to see other comic book fanatics on here. :P

Yes it is! I love this book it has virtually everything covered. Makes things a lot easier when you want to know something instantly ya know. I'm very much interested to see how the new 52 pans out in something of this style. And thanks man, fanatic is exactly right. I live and breath the comic lifestyle as I do MK. I had my first Wilson Fisk KINGPIN figure at the age of 7. It pretty much blew up from there.

And as funny as this may be. If you were curious on how I became a Martian Manhunter fanatic. It was this movie as a Kid that I saw that made me appreciate and love him so much as a character.

That's a pretty cool pic. I hope MMhunter has that elongated head and not just a bald human head with green skin, so that he actually looks like an alien. I'm faithful NRS have designed a great costume for him, can't wait to see it.

I got into comics at the age of 6, about the same time as MK. The Justice League cartoon really got me interested in the world of DC from there. I remember I got a Superman action figure from the JL cartoon, and I was immediately interested in finding out who were these other characters on the back of the packaging. Of course I knew Batman, but who was Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter, and Hawkgirl? A few years later I read Infinite Crisis, and thought how cool it was that the story wasn't 'kiddie', and had mature themes (not unlike MK). Not too big a fan of the new 52, seeing as how I loved the age old continuity amongst the characters.

Damn, now I really want Hawkgirl in Injustice.

I actually started with the new 52.But in understand why you may not like it.Since it sounds like a lot of the character growth has gone in reverse,probably to give them more room for new growth for new people like me.But i totally understand your position.Injustice should be great.

I for one agree. I love the depth MMHunter has now with StormWatch. Being that he now has a position like Raiden in the comics aiding other heroes from Lantern Corps and what not for a Coming. Really great stuff!

In MM case, I can agree his new 52 incarnation is a vast improvement from the original, seeing as how before the relaunch, he was seldom used. When he was used it was as a plot device or shocking death scene in recent memory.

Could you please do a Zatanna and Black Canary one? And im all for Martian Manhunter but no so much penguin....

I am very new to comics, I only started reading them because this game got me interested to be honest, now I don't know if i should be sending NetherRealm bottles of champagne or angry letters, I'm having a great time, comic books are awesome but they are costing me a fortune!

Regarding Martian Manhunter I hope he is in the game especially if he can turn invisible (I am a Reptile fan and I LOVE that trick!) plus I think that would work really really well with the environmental hazards in the game (as in opponents never being sure if he will try to attack them directly or start throwing stuff around etc)

I'm starting to think more and more that Penguin and Martian are DLC. It would seem kinda wrong making Martian Manhunter not part of the main roster. He'd probably sell better than most, but still.

The game has enough Batman characters already. No need for Penguin, who for one isn't even known as a fighter. Rather have at least 20 other characters instead of him. Blue beetle, Star Sapphire, Booster Gold, Cheetah, Sinestro, Live Wire, Parasite, Black Manta....and those are just the ones of the top of my head. (which I doubt any of them make ghe game)

Well it's about time we got something on MM....
