This afternoon I showed the petition to DAB himself, I asked "Does this have enought signatures?", he said, "It'll never have enough signatures".

he went on to say:

"I'm sorry but we have absolutely no plans to make any functional changes in the V7 codebase."

but he added:

"Maybe we might include something like that in the next version of the site (whenever that happens), but it's not something we're going to implement."

So all hopes are lost for now. I'd like to thank everyone who signed this petition and voiced their support, without you there would never have been hope in the first place.

Even though this idea has an unsure future, I will continue to advertise it on my signature, so that it may gather even more signatures through the years, until it is implemented.

perhaps we, as users, could form clans of our own, and wear the clan symbols on our signatures or something like that, to signify which one we're in. We could make official clan thread and have art or writing competitions on our own possibly. Just a thought. kinda like my second userbar V
