YOINKS! >XO

Wow...just WOW! I'm absolutely speechless...Nah Not really, or else my ass wouldn't take the time to write this review:

* Unexpected Verbal Slaps in the Face -

It seems that not even a sadistic public execution was enough to sway Mace to their side, sadly. I agree 100% with Pyrros, and that Luther once he gets the stone will crush Heilig, then set his eyes on Earth. Elandra seems unable to admit it, and continued to argue and rant about "Curing starvation" or something.

(Side Note: Who the Hell even asked her opinion? No one asked her to come, she just tagged along, and No one asked for her help either.)

I like seeing more of Donnovan's character in this scene as well. He's getting impatient, and desperately wants to help his people and stop Luther once and for all, and has a temper when it comes to people (WHOM HE DID NOT ASK) not even trying to understand him.

This scene's diaolouge was outstanding, and I really enjoyed this conversation, following up on that (;-;) execution scene!

"You forget that I've watched Mace before he even arrived here in Dimentia. I know EXACTLY how to get him on our side..."
O.O!

* The Boldness, The Bravery, The...Baking? -

I'd like to go ahead and state this scene made me hungry! tongue

(Side Note: And my Gracious Mother purchased me Blonde Brownies, which satisfied My HUNGER >XO !

As we say in Puerto Rico [translated, duh] "Kill what's killing you",

refering to hunger...or a street thug. Makes no difference IMO =/)

Logan is such a Good guy...watching out for his sister like that, making her treats (WHICH SHE COMPLAINED ABOUT ='O), and making sure of her well being. Their sibling bond is very strong, and it seems impenetrable, which is why I love their characters. ^_^

(Side Note: Am I the only one who sees "I HO", when you read "IMO"...just curious ._.)

Hmmm...Found the Cave already? Its a good thing that their is some magic in the works, keeping the Heiligians Out.

(Inside Joke: "3rd Times a Charm", LMFAOOOOOOOOOOO!)

Logan is very brave for going after Viro on his own...VERY brave, which adds to his character even more.

Overall, another awsome scene! smile

"Come on, let's go. I need to find out how to get there."

* Lies, Deceits, murder...and Shopping! -
Nice outfit Lara! wink *makes horny wolf whistle*
(Side Note: For saying that Bianca will probably slap the hell out of me sad)

Wow...I wasn't expecting Mace to go see Luther so soon. I loved how Luther had to stay extremely calm, even when he was ready to slice Mace in half. Mace doesn't seem to believe him, so does that also mean he isn't believeing Lara? Very interesting...can't wait to see where this goes...
Now onto the Underdog Gang. I'll address EM first though...

Ermacsmainman Wrote:

It was funny that SK, Viper and Bianca were all spying. Since when did Viper hang out with them? It used to be just SK and Bianca. Viper started hanging out with them after the fight. Just wondering why. Luther shows that he is quite forgiving to those three especially Bianca and Viper. losing a fight, fighting with Lara, spying.
EM

1st off, Please Address Serpen Kia by his name or "Serp." Never refer to him as "SK", since it confuses me and makes me think of Streetking. (WHO CUT YOU!>=O!)

Okay onto your question. Serpen Kia and Viper have always been pretty close, like brothers, as revealed in Viper and Serpen Kia's bios. Years before DD, they both served Maverick, doing his bidding and destroying any traces of rebellions, their form of "bonding" I suppose. But when Bianca came into play, Serpen Kia left Maverick's service and became Bianca's bodyguard. Naturally, Serpen Kia still wanted to aid Viper on his missions and whatnot, so he would often bring Bianca so he could do both of his duties at once, while still teaching Bianca how to fight and etc. Eventually over time, Bianca formed a concrete friendship with Viper. (You could really tell she has feelings for him, especially during his tournament fight)

BUT, Viper still has his duties from Maverick, and does not have all the free time in the world to hang with his homies. (For EX: Viper was hunting the rebels down, while the whole Bianca/Lara fiasco went down, so he wasn't involved.)

Hopefully that gave you a better understanding. tongue

GAH! Sidetracking...Forgive me! sad

Anyway, LMFAO at the eavesdropping trio. It is very interesting to see that even Luther's most trusted allies are kept in the dark with the matter of Mace's father's death. I absolutely love the Bianca/Lara verbal fight about outfits...Lara who tends to wear leather, classy, and more earth-influenced outfits versues Bianca, who tends to wear more silky, see through, revealing, skimpy Clothes. :-p

An Overall Great, Exciting Scene!

"I ought to throw you over this balcony, right into a flaming torch! That's where your "Earth inspired" clothing deserves to be, anyhow: in flames!"

* Vino Fueled Rage! -
Wow...Maverick already wants Davila to be his Bride...He's a fast one. Spoken like a true Playa:
"Kill his ass, and come live with me in my crib"
tongue

For a quick second, I actually thought Davila was starting to feel for Maverick. (All these Lies ='O) lolz.

Looks like Bianca has discovered Davila, whom is directly threatening her "relationship" with Maverick(and plans following). But now since Maverick failed her little "test", she knows Davila is seriously going to be a threat, and is going to have to try harder to sway Maverick into her chambers...Whether or not she makes him fall in love with her...or rapes him into submission tongue
Another Wonderful scene! grin

*When you Ugly as Hell, why Do you Hate on Us Players? -

The imagery to describe the effect of Logan's green Blasts and Viro's tunneling thingies was Top Notch! A short and sweet scene, POOR Logan! ='O Though I doubt he's out of the game yet. And Viro jumped at me....>= (

"him..."

*Emotions, Emotions, Emotions! -

Another amazing Dialouge scene! It seems that there is something between Leona and Mace...something I can't place my finger on, Thanks to Elandra getting too happy and yelling "ZOMG1!!1". Wow Master Akio is back...with Pyrros! wow! What a surprise...I wonder what they are going to disscuss...

("*hits* No Food Fo You....Who dat Monkey beating on the Hood? Fucking 7/11 whores jipped me on my Gas! Yellow People! >XO")

Once again, another fabulous episode Leo. You never cease to amaze me with your creative genius grin!

Wow, this was yet another amazing episode that left me wanting for even more!!

*as a disclaimer, if I do not mention everything in this review, or if it does not seem 'long' enough to be qualified as a review by some, it is simply because I am choosing not to write about everything, though as usual I enjoyed the entire episode*

I really enjoyed the exchange between Elandra and Donnovan, then Pyros; while she may have not been specifically invited to the event, she does have some sort of right, as she mentioned in the last episode, to be apprised of the overall condition of other Earth competitors' conditions as well as current plans - if she's going to 100% for Earth she wants to make sure the other competitors, especially if she is close to them, are also going to be 100% for what's best for Earth.

That being said, it was a bit shocking to see her so violently reject the plan Pyros has put forth, but it was good for the character; now I think we are seeing exactly where she stands. I do hope that she works with Donnovan in the future though; I can't see her entirely dismissing Dimentia's current condition.

In a way, I am surprised that Mace so easily agreed to leave with Elandra, I would have though that he'd give the situation a bit more thought. Then again, this situation doesn't specifically deal with his father's killer, so he may not as apathetic; besides, if he didn't acquiesce so easily we wouldn't get to see Master Akio...I've missed the old man grin

It was good seeing some more glimpses into Logan and Millena's relationship, it was the first time (that I recall) that he specifically did something for someone else without it having any obvious benefit for him, regardless of how many more sugar crystals it needed. It was also good to see this part of the story pick up some steam as well...how many episode's has it been...two, three? At any rate, it was good to see some headway, and it gave the opportunity to show once more how good Viro is at being weird; I loved the device he used to continue his little tunnel, and the way he surfaced from behind Logan was truly something I could see in a horror/suspense movie. I bet what took Logan down was some sort of tranquilizer; I can imagine Lara stumbling across Logan's dead body and getting pissed at Viro, and I can imagine he'd want to avoid that as much as possible.

I think my favorite part of this episode had to be where Bianca, Serpen Kia and Viper listened in on the conversation between Mace and Luther; it was serious enough to keep it from seeming silly, but still playful enough to be the 'comedy relief' portion of the story (imo).

After being so deflected by Luther, how much more persistently is Mace going to look into his father's death? Was Luther convincing enough that Mace even bought his story?

Going briefly to the Davila/Maverick side-story...I can say that I was genuinely shocked when Maverick asked Davila to marry him, but not so much when she agreed....or wanted to. I just wonder how Vlad will react when he finds out that not only did Davila fix her face without his permission/knowledge, but is also planning a wedding behind his back? This has the potential to be a pretty good story, with plenty of opportunity to go imaginatively wild with magical battle scenarios between the three of them.

Lastly...I wonder how exactly Akio will get Mace to join up with Donnovan...he doesn't strike me as the type to agree with the destruction of the Adonis stone. Also, I wonder if he and Elandra will have the opportunity to talk privately, if only for her to thank him for his effort in 'saving' her.

All in all, this episode, like all the others, gets a 10/10 from me!
It was a pleasure reading this episode, and I can't wait to see what next episode has in store grin

Leo, Great job with this episode. It progressed the story by lightyears. Ready for the funnest (not longest, or most detailed) review you'll get? :)

RECAP
Failure to Launch - So much for recruiting Mace and Elandra. Luther, being the G that he his, just walks away from a homicide. And then Donovan looses his cool. Pyrros, is definitely a watcher, by the way he just stays cool.

The search concludes - The Heilig guard finds the cave where Viro is? How cool. They must've had their good luck charms on. I think they wrote a song about Logan. I believe the chorus is "SUCIDIAL!!!"

The interrogation - I love how Mace walked in like he owned the place, and demanded answers from the Emporer. Then, to top it all off, Mace dismisses himself! The balls he's got!

Eavesdropping - At the same time, Bianca (The most comical/annoying/want to see dead character in the series) leads her two reptilian friends into eavesdropping! I'm surprised Luther didn't have them killed (Watcher's willing). Then Lara has fun. I love Lara.... I mean Lara's knack for witty remarks and ticking Bianca off.

A Magician's Wedding - Maverick, with the little heart he has, actually fell in love. And Davilia, I can't tell if she's playing Maverick too, or she loves Maverick and wants to get Vladmir (which is obvious, and obviously impossible to beat Vladmir). Again, Bianca intrudes, and get's groped by Maverick. Oooh.

Good night! - Logan starts shooting pretty colors out of his sword. And Viro gets to run around like an idiot. Woo-Hoo. I just like the dart. Other than that, I know it wasn't meant to be, but I found it ridiculously funny, don't ask why.

A friendly face in the dark - First, this touches in, on a very subtle romance between Leona and Mace. Then Master Akio comes through. That must've been a real pleasent surprise. We all know Pyrros as something planned, like any good character.

Overall- 10/10

Questions hopped to be answered - Still waiting to see what the next fight will be.

Sorry it took me so long to get to this. Grr, life-drama, grr.
Anyhoo:

Niiiiice. That's five 'i's right there!

You start of where the last episode ended at the public execution and the mood is intense. You can really feel the gears are whirring a 100 miles an hour in their heads. Now you can understand Elandra's sort..of..denial, but yeah Luther will definitley have other things to do with that stone. Donnavan, I didn't really think too much of in comparison to the other characters in previous scenes but he is developing quite nicely and subtly, you know, it's not like all of a sudden BAM!, it's very well paced. One thing that I still really can't get over is just how believable, how real these characters are. They're dialogue is never forced, it all flows so naturally, that you kind of forget you're reading dialogue but more like you're actually in the conversation yourself.

Next Scene:

Can I say that I love seeing Millena, there's something very likeable about her as a character. And Logan is such a nice guy and now as I'm reading on (I'm writing this review as I read) he's so heroic!

Okay, lol @ the three spies.

BIANCA

Ooh, he's cute!

I freakin' LOVE HER!!

Again, nice dialogue between Luther and Mace, despite the seriousness of the conversation, Mace seems very playful towards Luther who probably expects Mace to shaking and scared shitless of him.

LARA

(outraged)

What? Luther, you're letting them off the hook? At least burn a cigarette into this impudent girl!

Haha!! Oh, I love Bianca and all but I also love Lara, so when they fight, it's just too damn funny.

I love the scene between Maverick, Davila and the lovely, slutty Bianca...who does she remind of...Oh yeah. ME! ^_^

Something rises from the floor like a corpse from a grave in the background: Viro has surfaced, ever so silently.

That's creepy, ever think of writing horror?

OK...you did not just kill Logan. You did not kill Logan. YOU DID NOT KILL LOGAN. That's it, I'm not sexing you anymore.

Do I spy chemistry between Mace and Leona? ZOMG!!

Ooh, Master Akio, what's going on here? Hmm?

Again, fabulous writing, I hate you and your talent so be careful next time I'm shmexing you that I slug you with a lamp and steal your work. And also again, sorry it took so long.

Hey guys,

Here's Ep. 19 just in time. Again, it came out much, much longer than usual, and it's bringing me to think that one of you may have cursed me with your African voodoo and forced me to write huge episodes without noticing. I'll find you, if this is the case. If it isn't, enjoy another big-ass ep, lol! grin

Deadly Dominion: Episode 19
'Predator or Prey?'

"The presence of Master Akio in the Earth Dwelling promises to be a source of changes and even distress for the Earth competitors as his influence forces them to search deeper into their own minds than ever, for better or for worse.

Meanwhile, Viro's reckless attack of Logan may seal his fate predator risks becoming prey."

I'm really sorry that I wasn't able to address everyone's review for Episode 18! I've been caught up with more things than usual, not including just the stuff here on MKO. I'll try to make up for it with this newest episode!

*whistles innocently and begins reading* EDIT: "Excitement oozes from Viro's horrible eyes" That is such an awesome description. ... very intense fight scene. "Nothing remains of that incident but a very stylish scar, if I may say so myself. Now please, come inside. Aww! He's so bloody loveable! Wait a minute..something is strange..not quite right. I'm saying nothing for now. ELANDRA (CONT'D) How can you support the idea of the Adonis Stone being destroyed? Oi! You! Zippit! He turns to Leona, who explodes into cheerful laughter the very moment. LEONA Oh, dear. Looks like someone's been very naughty. I smell a time-out. Her ill-boding humor only gives power to her chuckling. 'lil cow. It creeps to the pocket of his thigh and withdraws the object he'd used to carve an escape tunnel. In the blink of an eye, he activates it and knocks Logan's blade away with his own spinning set. Viro takes off toward the fissure. Haha! Bet you didn't see that coming, bitch! It crawls like a spider on top of the glass, staring down at its hunters Creepy much? They are composed fully and of nothing but hate. I really do love how you write. MASKED MAN #1 (CONT'D) Yeah! What now, bitch?! Logan can't help but frown at him, bewildered Lol! Millena's body bends in astonishing flexibility hehehe.... *reads on* Oh god, I love her... Hmm...Luther really reminds me of someone, the way he talks, the air of menace around him, but I can't put my finger on him. Yep, yep, lovin' lovin' it.. OMG LARA! LARA Have fun, sweetie? YAY! I gotta say leo. With you longer is amazing. This was an outstanding episode.

Viro/Logan scene pt 1. This was a well done scene. I especially liked the dialogue from Viro. "Why wont you DIE" Perfect way to describe how frustrated he is that his dart didnt work the way he wanted to.

Master Akio scene: The scenes that Master Akio appeared in were also flawlessly done. I think its funny that Elandra promised akio that she wouldnt kill again and that Akio immediately suspects Leona ahh priceless.

"Operation Save Viro" Awsome. My favorite part of the whole episode. He looked like he might spill the juicy beans to Logan and Mileena when Vice and Drake come in as masked men to save the day.

Lara/Drake/Vice/Viro scene. Well executed. Why will Lara not look at Viro. Is he to hideous for her to look at? Is she on her period, and bad news isnt good. Or is she just not in the mood to talk to Viro. although she seems to be getting it on with drake. we all know what Drake was thinking when Lara said there needed to be compensation.

Lara: Compensation is in order
Drake: BOW CHICKA BOW WOW.

Drake just won the lottery.

Overall very nice leo. I enjoyed it a lot

But he WAS 100% frustrated that it was taking so much effort in his part to kill the guy.

Episode 20 is coming up this weekend, so until then, why not replace the grim silence of the thread with a conversation starter?

"Where Do You See Pyrros's Plan Going?"

We know what Pyrros and Donnovan want, and we know how they're gonna make it happen: but will it pay off in the end? No one has ever attempted something as shocking as actually shattering the Adonis Stone in the past. This is a plan that, while admirable, is full of risks that can put an end to not only Donnovan's, but even Pyrros's, existance, as well as that of anyone else aiding them.

So what do you think will be the outcome of Pyrros's plan?

Remember that not even I have an actual answer for this smile

Again, I am terribly sorry it took so long...-_-' So much Lame High School Drama and Shit has made me pretty busy...but No worries, I am now here! ^_^

1st Off, I'm very happy to be pointing and laughing at EM and Viro for even thinking that they killed Logan...So you shall see Random "LOL!"s and pointing scattered randomly
in this Review to remind you of that.

(LOL! *points*)

* This 1st scene was Amazing! The intense fight and action was absolutely breathtaking, I was always on the edge of my seat in this one. Viro's mask seems to be like, unbreakable he keeps getting kicked in the face and its still intact. Logan's Green Attacks sound like they would be visually awsome ^_^. Also Viro never cease to disgust me, with his damn acid blood....*shivers* Outsatnding Fight so Far Leo!

"Why won't you just DIE!"

(LOL! *points*)

* The Dialouge in this Scene was Great. I really felt that Master Akio's words were really sinking in to Mace. I wonder if that will be enough to change Mace's Mind? If so, Uh oh Lara! tongue There is so much struggle between the Earth Characters, you have Mace who wants to find out the mystery of his Father's Death, yet now is unsure of what he really wants or needs to do. You also have Elandra who's struggling internally with herself, trying to be reformed, yet her Darker side yearning to get out, being fed into by Leona. Master Akio seems shocked at her resorting back to Murder..should be interesting to see what happens...later in the episode. tongue Another Excellent Scene!
(LOL! *points*)

"I can say without a doubt in my mind that your father would have jumped and held onto the request of Pyrros. It was just the kind of man he was."

* Transitioning back to Logan/Viro, the fight begins to pick up the pace. I thought it was really evil and sinister for Viro putting into Logan's mind the thought of his sister being cut...and boy did that piss him off. I practically vomitted when you gave the description of Viro's face...UGH! Nasty Motherfucker *shivers* and then he runs away -_-...Good thing Logan stopped the opening from closing...looks like Viro is "like a Cornored Puppy/Helpless animal" Now! tongue

"First your arm... then the rest of you... then I force you to watch helplessly as I deal the final blow."

(LOL! *points*)

* A Very heartfelt deep scene this one was. You could really feel the emotions and the struggle within Elandra, which adds a lot to her character. I also like the small insight on how Master Akio and Elandra met, very nice touch. She needed to break down and let it all out...to someone who actually cared, ;-;. Hmm I wonder if Master Akio is going to confront Leona about the situation as well? I guess we'll have to wait and see. Another Outstanding scene!

"You have to remember: you always have a choice. No matter what the circumstances, no matter what kind of person you THINK you are, you have a choice!"

* 1st Off, Omg even Viro's Lair is nasty too -______-'. Now he's acting like a spider and GAS >XO -ing people left and right. Finally after a few projectiles, they were able to bring him down. I'm surprised that Millena was actually showing some concern and maybe even pitty at one point for Viro. Not Logan though, Lol! Vincente is okay! grin

Right as I think Viro is going to break down, here come his masked saviors! A short and intense fight, they managed to save Viro from his pathetic fate. From the Moment Masked guard 1 said "Bitch" I knew it was Vice, Lmao! I figured the other was Lara's Lapdog Drake. A Nice warm welcome from Lara...BACKHANDED >XO...His ass is in trouble now! Can't wait to see what happens with him!

(LOL! *points*)

"Thank You..."

* LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Diavol is such a Pussy, he's so pathetic it makes my stomach hurt. Well its good to see the Viper/Diavol pick up, and I cannot wait to see where it leads...hopefully to Diavol's death! ^_^

(LOL! *Points*)

"And if you try and escape before Viper arrives... I will personally alert Malickus himself of your presence, not sparing details about your true intentions. Do not EVER betray me, Diavol... for your own good."

* Interesting and short final scene. The introduction of this character Ryo is interesting...Maybe his role will increase in the future? This left me hanging, leading up to a confrontation between Leona and Master Akio...should be quite interesting!
All in all, a Yet Another Amazing Episode! I am eargerly awaiting Episode 20! smile

(LOL! *points*)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now onto the Topic of Disscussion:

Right now I'm pretty Torn. I really don't think they will pull off such a feat, not even with Mace and the other's help. BUT this is DD, and anything goes, just maybe somehow they will be able to pull it off. I'll be quite surprised either way...One people get some ideas flowing around, i'll be able to provide some ideas and judgements, and keep the conversation alive! smile

Again, sorry for the wait, and I can't wait for Ep. 20! grin

I'd like to thank Leo, and B.C. for their conslolences (Lol spelling) but my grandfather just passed. He had a second stroke, and his heart stopped beating. Leo, in your next episode, I'll read it, but don't expect a review ;(.

Aw....sorry to hear about your loss streetking!!wow

Also, sorry for not posting for so long, I had my own personal shit to deal with, between work and the beginning of the new semester to boot.

Anyway, my review won't be as long as BC's (it never is, is it grin), but here goes:

Well, this episode opened with a bang, and I loved every second of it; I honestly thought for a bit that Logan was going to be history...then it would switch and I would think Viro was a goner...such dramatic reversals that were so believable! I love the action scenes just as much as the dialog grin

Moving to the interim, where we had the Earth drama, it was great to be able to see Elandra's struggles, and I think that it was executed perfectly. You also included a line I mentioned to you a LONG time ago; that really makes me feel assured in the attention you give to these episodes, and how dedicated you are to making sure our characters are realized as we created them. Thanks!

It was really good to see the interaction of Master Akio and EVERYONE, and I am definetly interested in what he'll have to say to Leona next time.

Back to the fighting! once more it's intense, and once more I love it grin The banter was great, and worked really well with the episode.

Alrighty...moving onto your question....

I am not sure how they are going to get their plan into motion, or how they will actually complete it....part of me feels that they will be underway during the final competition, and that they'll get to the stone; what determines if they destroy it or not will be who wins the final fight, imo.

Now, how they'll know this, I have no clue, lol...anyway, looking forward to 20 !

B_C, grand comments as usual. Loved the humor throughout and how detailed, specific, and creative you were with your great piece of writing. Always look forward to the next!

S_S, thanks goes to you, too, for your post. I'm glad you noticed that one little thing, and more importantly, that you thoroughly satisfied with Elandra's dramatic scene.

SK, I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Hopefully the tide will turn in your favor soon, and you won't feel affected by it as much. sad

I'm liking the points of view on Pyrros so far! smile See you all soon!
