Looks good but, you seem a little over extended in the poses. Also, the font of the "Vs" is different. I don't know if you wanted it like that on purpose or not though. And one other thing I notice, is that the "Battle" number at the top-center is missing. Umm...like this:

I like your work a lot. I like how you create your backgrounds perfect enough towards the levels in the game and put yourself (in a pose) in the pic. I would like to see if you can do more by being other characters rather than ninjas. But these are still cool too.
