I really couldn't help without more info... including a few meaningless questions...

When you "choose" your file, what do you put in the small text box?

I typically guide that box to the location of my file on my desktop. They're always rtf files.

hmm...Maybe you should create a backup or something and make sure it is an rtf file, i'm pretty sure it is but sometimes...

oh, and when you put it in, does the "Preview" box say Fiction on it? and have a picture of a book?

The file is an rtf regardless.

There is a picture of a book with "Fiction" sprawled across it.

When I try to post it, then it goes back to the warning pages that I mentioned before.

Yes, any file I'm trying to upload is coming from my Desktop

Yea, even if I move it around into a different folder the site gives me the same message.

hmm. would you mind letting me see it? As in uploading it to a site like Rapidshare

Hm... You may have to take this up with an admin. RTF files are the only ones I know we accept and if you're having problems with that file type, you're:

a.) file could be too big. Which is unlikely for a pure text file unless you have images within that file somewhere, and it's making the RTF heavier. Over 250k and it won't take.

b.) The system has a bug. Again, an unlikely issue that I've never heard of for pure literature Fan Submissions.

c.) You may want to take that file to another computer and try it again. Flash drives are cheap, and great for taking your data with you to other computers.

Other than that it's to funky for me to help you with. Send a message to ~Crow~, ]{0MBAT, or like DArqueBishop. You might also want to post this concern in this thread. Just so they have a nice log of these sorts of issues all over the site.
