No you don't. Download Gimp (it's free) and you can make a userbar yourself. Or you can go to UBdesigner.com to make them there too.

1.You spelled Sabrewulf wrong. it is purposely spelled "Sabrewulf".Don't ask me why.

2.That looks great.

3.I tried, but my results were sucky. This is what I got.

I know I've asked before, but can I get some more userbars?

I am not using the tutorial because I can't. I don't have photoshop, and I do not know anybody who does.
