Kevin Nash is thinking about trying out for Mortal Kombat 3! Apparently, they're going to do some casting in August of some sort... I know we've been told alot of things, but this interview is pretty recent. Sure, it's just a mention of it, but it's news nonetheless! Check it out! If you want to just skip to the part where he mentions Mortal Kombat 3, just do Ctrl+F and type in Mortal Kombat 3.

Good find. I'm not to bothered about Kevin Nash (as SubZero7th said, what role would he play?) but just to here about the casting is great. After ages of nothing but Chris Cassamassa pushing the filming date back further and further, it's good to hear some productive rumblings these last few weeks. Seems like the revitalized success of the games has spearheaded the movie production into action.

He's got to be one of the Bosses. He's just too friggin' big. The new shao kahn, Goro or Kintaro. He could be a really cool twist on stryker or kano.

He'd be fine anywhere as long as he's not saying much. Just break stuff.....alot

Tha fuck? I dont like Kevin Nash as a wrestler, I dont see him as an actor, especially in MK. Good find though, I guess, my brother.

I personally thought he was pretty funny in the longest yard, and he did decent in the Punisher, despite his only line being screaming bloody murder upon having his face cooked.

I guess I couldn't mind Kevin Nash being in that movie, since they already had WCW wrestlers in the Mortal Kombat: Conquest series, like Meng, and some other wrestlers.

Isn't he set to play Bass Armstrong in the DOA movie? He works in that role, but I don't really see who he could play in MK..probably Shao Kahn. Or you know, Molochtongue

Maybe Shao Kahn... remember that he was Super Shredder in TNMT II: The Secret of Ooze...
maybe he could play as Kintaro? or Blaze?(like the one in Armagedon) Or the Dragon King?(might be awhile till Onaga is even in the movie) I mean those three from MK are pretty big and bulky and Kevin nash might be good as one them. But it would be really weird if if he play some one like Kabal or Jarek

well, since mortal kombat 3 is apparently taking place after mortal kombat one and leaving annialation out of the picture (thank god) it would only make sense if the story took place during mortal kombat 2. and seeing as how he played the super shreder in TMNT II, and The Russian in The Punisher, i see it making alot of sense if he were to play either shao kahn or kintaro, since he's freakishly tall (7'4 to be exact) glasses

If he is playing Shao Kahn, then they should do what did they did in TMNT II when he played Super Shredder. Just have him do everything but the voice. Let Kevin Nash handle all the physical aspects of the character while Steve Ritchie handles the voice over.
