The Practice Mode is good but sometimes we need to be 2 players
to practice some things like parry or other stuff...

There must be a Practice Mode for 1 or 2 players !!!

That would be very cool cause when we practice together in VS Mode,
when our health is empty we have to return to the select screen again,
again and again...

i'm taking about OFFLINE... but online would be cool too !!

It will sure be more complicated online, let's start with offline.

What I would like to see the most however, are all characters looking like people again, and not cartoons!!!

You know what I think would be cool? Now that MK finaly has a Kharacter Kreation mode I think that thay should make a Mortal Kombat MMORPG kind of game. Kinda like Mortal Kombat Meets World of Warcraft but of corse we'd need Fatalities and some kind of fighting game thing or thay could make it like Konquest mode in MKA. All I am saying is Mortal Kombat RPG could be kinda sweet.

Acttually I think that the winner should be Taven. As for a final Boss I think Raiden should be the one that everyone needs to fight. I mean he has been tainted somehow and thay do explain how that Khan was Outworlds protecter like Raiden is for Earthrealm. So now that Raiden is tainted he falls into the power hungrey maddness that was the same fate as Khan. Or even better have it where Raiden and Khan team up to take over the realms something to that aspect. I dont care what it is as long as Raiden is a boss Character because of coruption. Maybe Mortal Kombat Kouption would even be a good Title who knows.

Saddly Raiden was tainted after killing himself trying to kill Onaga. Like Shau Khan I think that Raiden will try taking over Earthrealm because he starts to think that Humans can't take care of there realm so he figgures that he can do better and so instead of giving them an option to protect there realm he will have them do it by force. Acctually he himself has already made that appearent that if Humans dont defend there realm that he'd make them do it. He said that after killing Shujinko in MKD. So I have a feeling that Raiden is going to either be evil or even more so a Boss in a future MK.

Wow i havent posted here for a while.

Anyways in the next MK i feel it has to have these things if it wants to progress. (Note: This is a lot of stuff and i know its hard to do for Midway but yknow its what i want)

Story Mode - Obviously, we all wanna know whats happened and is happening.

Time Attack/Arcade - Some sort of version of the game, with scores or times to set. It keeps people playing the main game if there is a leaderboard. I for one love filling the leaderboards with my own highscores/times.

Practice Mode - Pretty standard nowadays, but include allsorts of options, including a MK:DA Konquest/VF practice sort of option which teaches ya to use all the moves in many different situations.

Survival Mode - I love Survival. Again, its becoming a standard in modern beat-em-ups, plus i love the feeling of finishing someone when your nearly dead.

Collectibles - Yes i know the Krypt has got lots of things in it, but as well as buying things like Promo pics etc and artwork, i'd like to see a system implemented where you win little sprites/emoticons/little graphics a la VF4:E/DoA2 for example. I really like the whole thing in Armageddon where you found things like Scorpions spear and Kabals mask etc. Involve this in something like...

Konquest - Its a good idea and can always be improved. However the idea of it at the moment seems to be an easy way of introducing a new lead character to the series (Shujinko and Taven). Am i the only one thinking that Konquest and KaK should be interlinked? Which leads me to.....

KaK - Sure its ok, but in my humble opinion, it took ages to unlock all the parts. Admittedly its better than most (SC3...ARRRGH). If it got anywhere close to the Wrestling games standard of create a wrestler i would be a happy man.

KaK and Konquest Working Together - Ok this is my idea. I think you should be able to build an average joe in KaK, but to get allsorts of moves and clothing/taunts/fatalities etc you have to put him/her around Konquest.
Konquest shouldn't be story based (to an extent) i would much rather it be a working breathing world that allowed players to make their own way.
Obviously many cameos and fights should happen but they should have rewards instead of just expanding a dire story for a new character.

Also, make it so there are many paths through conquest, so characters cannot have it all, and people will have to build several KaKs and get em in Konquest to see the full extent of what is available. Also in MK tradition, throw loads of secrets in for good measure.

for mortal kombat 8 i wou8ld change the charcters like i would add terminator,raptor,shinnoks workers tryiuando and grilopauind.i would give the zhartains more power they would be able to turn invisilibe,and do there falitlitys but there are more people liem chameloen and khameloen who dont live in some realms.i would add shang tsing from mk1.i would add all chartistics to the pple on the game.like shang tsung needs more souls,so he can make an zombie or reptile not reptile the fighter the animal reptile.

this is a continue on from the last idea i had shao kahn is the umpire he will be seating on his throne but it will be raised up and when you defeat the sub boss smoke and noob i guess shoa kahn will come down and vs you with his hammer which has double speed please reply if its good or bad but its only a mini game

they should make another side game like they did with shaolin monks and make it like x-men legends where u create a team of the fighters and stuff. i know it sounds kinda stupid but it could be kinda cool. it would just be hard because you dont know wat fighters should be included and also how can you have people like tanya and jade on a team when they are worst enemies. so it would be hard. but about the new game i hope that the characters they bring back have awsome new looks. and i hope they have some new character but not alot. like if they are gonna make new characters make sure they are cool and that this isnt gonna be their only game like drahmin or mavado. make characters that will have big parts in the story. also i think its time to bring in some of the minor characters and let them have some airtime. people such as sareena need to have more role involved in the story. shes an awsome character and she can def have a big part in the storyline. maybe even try and expand characters such as mavado, kira, havik, etc. i just hope this game is awsome and i hope it comes out good. one more thing. they need to bring back video endings. since deadly alliance its been pictures and slideshows and dont forget the worst of all which was aramageddon where it was just a voice talking without visuals. they need to bring back the videos like in mk 4 and mk gold

I was thinkin' the same thing (but in context of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, which is similar), but add a couple things as well...

1)Fatalities replacing Xtreme attacks and replace the momentum
2)Bonuses for matching character sets
3)Anime being the main enemy (Death To Naruto!, etc.)
4) Answer some biggie questions (i.e. Who is Sub-Zero's sister? How old is Sindel? Does Drhmin really hate those flies?, etc..) in an interview form.
5) Add in some minor characters (i.e. Argus in the form of a kamidogu avatar, Kia and Jakaata, the other Black Dragons.)
6)Add in some retro costumes (i.e. DA Blaze, MK3 Stryker, MK4 Reptile) and a few surprising (and some oddball) costumes...

yea that would be awsome. like if you had kitana, sindel, mileena, and shao kahn on your team it could be like family issues bonus or dysfunctional family lol. who do you think the cast would be?? maybe they can do some sort of 2 kinda of casts. like 2 types of game modes. you can play for the good or the evil. and good characters cant be on the same team as evil characters

As for a cast, I kept pretty much everyone in MKA in a universal cast. Reason being that the cast is forced to join forces against Anime (Death to DBZ!). Some more notes...

6) Maybe more modes of transportation (i.e. Scorpy's Spear swinging, Ermac's Float, etc.)

7) A varation of MUA's comic missions, except that these missions are about fights that helped shaped the MK universe as we know it (Major/Critical fights)/

8) As I have said times before, KILL ANIME!!!

Arcade Mode-Well,personally I think Arcade mode should have some kind of story.Instead of just having one simple ending you should have an option of fighting random people just for fun and to see that one ending or like a short story mode.After you defeat one opponent you get one piece of his.her story and it goes on.After the boss it should say what could happen(possibilities)for that character.

Konquest-They should mix up the MK:A and MK:D Konquest together to make a good elaborate konquest mode.I think MK:D was very good and elaborate. MK:A's on the other hand was very "actioney". I think should kind of mix these together. I think it would need more adventure though. If I had a choice between MK:A or MK:D's konquest I would choose MK:D's.It should be like 95% MK:D and 5% MK:A. I want a more entertaining konquest, one that can grab your attention.

Fatalities-I would really like 2 per character and perhaps a brutality would be nice.

I would love a kind of Mortal Konquest where you can roam around the Mortal Kombat world.

You can be any character live in your home town.My fav is Shao Kahn with him you can watch battle's in your arena plan attakcs on Realms and the liu Kang gan try to stop you.lol
