I agree with you Kazi that debate and speculation are what makes the forums, however bitching is whining and complaining. The difference between debate and whining is that debate is handled in a mature way, obviously whining is not.

Reality is what I mean by back into your immediate life as in possibly school, work, family, etc. I didn't mean it in a negative sense if you took it that way I apologize. Someone said earlier it is just a video game which is why I mean back to reality versus the virtual reality.

Gameplay-wise,most fighting games out-do MK:DA and MK:D.UMK:3 is a different story.

Hmmmm... All this I've seen of Tekken and VF is better than MK. Leave that for a different thread. Let's go to what this thread is about, and that's MK7. I believe that the next MK will not be an update of MKD, theres the Gamecube and PSP(coming soon) versions for that. They are probably working on the game right now but for the next-gen system maybe... If they are smart, they should take advantage of the technology of the new systems and make the next MK game with more Quality than Quanity. I hope more news comes alongs for the new MK game.

Oh yea, MK Triolgy 2... not good for the next MK game.

From an MK fan perspective, every MK game is better than any VF or Tekken game.

As much as I respect you Outworld, I will have to go and say that there are a few elements from Tekken that I would like to see in Mortal Kombat. Things such as ground attacks.

This has almost nothing to do with opinions or "fanboyism".I play every fighting game.However,when a fighter comes down to 50/50 mix ups,easy infinite combos,and nothing but glitches Boon and company never intended to be in the game,then the game truly has problems gameplay-wise.

Oh well,like someone said,2-3 new gameplay elements won't fix this as Boon thinks it will.He's going to need to think about this and implement the appropriate changes,which really should be more than 2-3 alterations.No one here wants MK to be like Tekken or VF,and neither do I,and the probability is that it will never have the depth of those games,but that's not what's crucial here.I just want those 50/50 mix ups and easy-ass infinite combos gone,please.

Mortal Kombat definately has gameplay problems. No way around that arguement. If Boon and the MK Team ever fix this though, we may never know until MK makes its debut on the next-gen systems.
