Same here, I always come back to this site when I have a feeling something is up. Now all this news about Boon hinting at June 2nd for a possible sequel to Mortal Kombat, it's an awesome feeling to speculate with you all again. Seeing familiar usernames, old friends. I reaally hope this is going to be MKX, it's my favorite time of year when a new Mortal Kombat game is on the horizon.

I'm trying not to be too hype But I just made the mistake of watching the announcement trailer for the last MK from 2010... can you be nostalgic of four years ago? I hope those same feels come rushing back in 6 days... but if it's Injustice 2, I'll smash my copy of the first one.

lol Same. Tried Injustice and sold it a month later, could never get into it. It just made me wish I was playing a new Mortal Kombat everytime I played it. If this is some next level trolling, I'll be out. lol

Only got Injustice on a whim and sold it 2 months later. The gameplay was fucking terrible and was boring. I only used Scorpion in that game lol

Huge step backward from MK9

I feel exactly the same, I never got into DCU comics or anything of the sort, I tried Injustice, it's a solid fighter but I just wished I was playing a new Mortal Kombat. My greatest fear is to waist all this time and energy speculating with you all about what the new Mortal Kombat might be about, then come June 2nd or E3, it's Injustice 2 and all that hype would be destroyed. Personally, I wish NRS had nothing to do with that game. It's nice for them to get as much support and cash as possible for a better MK, but I can't help but feel we might already have a trailer for the new Mortal Kombat, or even be expecting it's release this summer if it weren't for the time they invested in Injustice.

Injustice and Mortal Kombat don't even play the same way. I don't know why you guys would even compare the two.
