Kano is so badass with the new trailer, his combo is very fit to his styles!

I love the Laser special and the commando variation...

While for the character's model, i love the idea of making the cybernetic hearts like traffic lights color in order to differentiate the variations

I was never much of a Kano fan, but WOW! After seeing this trailer, I'm frickin' PUMPED for Kano!! He looks GREAT...hell, the best he's ever looked!

And just a few days ago I was bitching and moaning about how Kano was gifted a spot....damn, I was so wrong!! Can't wait to play some Kano :)

Let me repeat myself. When did Ed Boon ever said that there's going to be a character reveal at Gamescom?

Seriously though Kano looks great, dunno what it is but he always looks attractive and he does it with just one eye(and potentially no nipples).

Kommando Kano looks awesome, love the parries and I guess the no underwear thing is a bonus lol

Also I hope they have whatever music is playing during the character select of the trailer in the game somewhere.

On topic, the Kano trailer is awesome! His variations are definitely cool! The Jungle stage is amazing! The water on the ground looks just great. I saw something that animal (I think it's a crocodile) where it swims in the water. Can it be a stage fatality? I really hope so!

Its stated that Johnny & Sonya are really really important to the story line. So does that mean Kano can have a bigger role as well?

They did a decent overhaul on Kano. I mean he looks like someones path you don't want to cross now. I hope his role is bigger and important to the story tho, but if not at least i can play him and kick all those Kano haters A$$e$!!!

That would imply that all Kano haters play online. ;P

Hm... there was a Terminator Silhouette and it was a hint for Kano. I remember also a guy with a hat... maybe it was a hint for Raiden. And what still gives me hope... there was a Silhouette of Barack Obama which could be a hint for Baraka :)

If I play as Kano at all - outside of the obligatory arcade ladder playthrough to see his ending, that is - I'll probably use his Cybernetic variation more often. Eye lasers and Australian sass FTW!

As everyone else has been saying, he's never looked better.

Not to play devil's advocate but Kano is too, i mean TOO bada$$!!!!!!!!

The problem with character variation is that I am forced to play as one style Kano. I love all thrre of his variations, but I want a Kano that is a grappler, a cybernetic warrior and a knife master at the same time.
With cahracter variation I am forced to use just one style at time.

His aged look is great, but I want to see the younger version of him right after the events of MK9.



The jungle stage is good, the ancient "lost" Outworld race could be D'Vorah's, because Beran said in a past interview that D'Vorah is a member of half human half wasp sepcies that hid from Shao Kahn.

I'm pleasantly surprised from this trailer -- Kano's looking his best yet, and like most have said, really enjoying his commando variation. And I'm glad it's the same VA.

Pumped we've got a new stage, it's looking gorgeous. Also, is it just me or did NRS take it into account and make the characters look sweaty because of the humid temperatures of the jungle?

Kano looks way better than expected. He'll never be my favorite and I just don't understand people who say they'll "main" this character when the most part of MKX is still a mystery to us. But Kano looks great! There's a bigger chance than ever that I'm gonna use him, that's for sure.

It seems I'm in the minority who likes the Cutthroat variation the most. Its funny, when I often looked at his model in the two previous games I'd say to myself, "The knives would look better if they were on his back." Never cared for his leg holsters. Glad they made it so now in MKX. Kano's looking boss...won't say he'll be my Main, but I'll definitely be giving him a whirl.

The Cybernetic variation seems to match my play style. Another variation I like is Cutthroat. For me, Commando is the least interesting.
