What you are seeing is Kung Lao. He is shown on other towers more clearly, with the same exact pose, and gold emblem on his chest.

IMO that's Jax.

Jax is in the background of the Special Forces blurred picture when they're talking about the different factions, just after the picture of Raiden with the White Lotus description. He's sitting down but it's clearly him.

I'm really digging how the Towers use a Warrior Shrine type approach for the characters. Looks pretty fucking epic and majestic.
