I mean, even when kneeling, Raiden's peak is parallel at Shinnok's shoulder length. Probably just at an awkward angle.

There was a brief Baraka appearance in there as well. Also I'd throw in Kenshi due to that leaked casting call proven at least somewhat accurate. We could expect Salazar, Ron Tan Cho and Bo Rai Cho as well.

Jax may be there, or only in Living Towers but Jacqui has what looks like enhancements connected to the gauntlets during her X-Ray with tiny wires running up her fingers. Kenshi may be there because of the motion capture picture as well as Takeda having both swordplay and spear-like whips. Even if Takeda does have TK, the sword/whip play alone will set him apart from both Ermac and his father and may only feature in one variation. Same could be the case with Cassie Cage/Sonya and Johnny.
