I don't think that was Reptiles death, to me it just looked like Kung Jins fatality.

I'd honestly be shocked if they straight up revealed a characters death in the story, especially someone as popular as Reptile.

WE love Reptile, casuals players don't care about him. He's basically been cannon fodder for some time now. Check out the motion blur and extra stuff done, this is definitely different than the other Fatalites. Unless they intend on applying this stuff to all the Fatalities in the final game, that's Reptiles death scene.

Omg yes, Raiden kicking some Shinnok butt! (No offense to Shinnok fans.)

Erron, Rain, Mileena, and Takeda look amazing. I hope they make it onto the fighting roster.

Also, I don't mean to sound like a weaboo, but I'm like 80% sure they're pronouncing Takeda's name wrong if every with an American accent. Oh well, they've never been folks of cultural accuracy anyway. Lol

I hope they release the renders for the five characters confirmed in the trailer (even though I still think it was way more than five) so that we get confirmation as to who Boon was referring to.

I just can't see them spoiling anyone dying in a trailer, it'd be stupid on their part. I still think it's just a regular fatality.

It looks to elaborate to be a brutality. To me I think its just a fatality done on Reptile with no connections to the story, but i could be wrong Im just hoping it isnt since reptile is my favorite character of all time.

Kuai Liang seems to be chill as a Grandmaster. If he was Sektor, he would have immediately killed the guys on the spot. But he just walked down and gave this grumpy old man impression like "Get off my lawn kids."
