Oh yeah, I would love to see the Fire and Water Gods come into play! They'd be awesome! The Earth God would be cool too, but odds are he'd be screwed up royally if he was changed to be like a "standard" player.

I knew I made a thread similar to this before...Just a refernce to link multiple sources for ideas together I guess. Why not have it in here since it's at least relative.

Wow, this thread grew into a monster! LOL. But, yeah I am glad to see all of you want them back. I thought I was going to get flamed and I thought this wasn't going to be a success. But, hey, I guess I wasn't the only one who liked MKM, lol.

i think they should defintely return... b/c they have my two fav characters, Shinnok #1 and Raiden #2. Also, i like Fujinn.

The elementals are Earth God, Fire God, Water God, and Fujin (Wind God). Raiden is barely to not even an elemental and Shinnok isn't an elemental god at all.

Ummm....no offense were not the elemental gods killed during Shinnok's invasion of Earthrealm and only Fujin being the only survivor of the four? (This is assuming you are talking about Earthrealms Elemental Gods) Although the idea of three new relatively inexperienced elemental gods being lead by Fujin trying to rein in Raiden's wraith would be interesting.

Well, LadyRaiden you are part right. Yes, we are talking about the Earthrealm Elemental Gods. Those are the Elemental Gods from MKM (Earth God, Water God, Fire God, etc). I don't think they were killed during Shinnok's invasion, however. I believe they were just defeated, not killed. Then again, whoever dies in MK is not really dead because of whether it is cannon or non cannon.

But, I am glad to see that you are interested as well in bringing them back.

If fujin did lead a new team of elementals or if in the future new elemental gods are added, and that would be ok in my book, I would say that it would have to be Sub-zero god of ice, Scorpion god of fire, and Smoke god of smoke.

the idea is good but i think the focus needs to be on what hasnt been done yet because some of the current characters use the natural powers of the elements already...like blaze for instance

I will say that i like preds thoughts about other style characters....mutant like,humanoid animals kinda like reptile but instead have like a wolf man or something.
If these gods were to have some kind of appearance i wouldnt mind but i would rather them not to be playable.

i think they should return but be banished from there titles because of sginnok and they need help from any fighters of mk

We need an elemental god of fudge too.

They should and there should be more elementals like Chrome said. An elemental of... hmm, let's say, sound. Or some feeling. MK lacks more ethereal and sophisticated characters, such as Raiden, or Sindel, or Ermac. You mostly have warrior-types wih brutal and barbaric personality.
