i'll say them in order from greatest to least, then say why.....


MKT- sure it has less balanced gameplay than UMK3, but i've never played that one, so this is the best one for me. I love all the diffrent amount of fatalities, and Human Smoke.

MKDA- my fav of all the 3d MK games. It felt the most complete of all of of them,and imo had the best replay value.

MKA- great game imo, loved the huge roster. Story sucks, and the KAf stinks, but i like most of the side games.

MK3- great game, very fun. I loved the new characters, especially Sektor and Cyrax, and not many ninjas. The main flaw imo is unblanced gameplay, and hard difficulty.

MKD- very good game, fun Konquest. I like the new characters, but i hate the roster. Also, gameplay is good but nothing special.

MK4- very good game imo, but the grpahics weren't great. Shinnok was in it, so i had to give it props. I also like the roster.

Mk1- good game, but wayy tooo slooow gameplay imo. Not many characters to play as, but started it all.

MK2- hated this one, least fav of all easily. I hate the gameplay, but the orster is good.

As for MKT and MK4/G, I didn't play them so don't know..... Though funny thing... one of you said that these would be the order you would play all the MK's or some thing.... well I'm actually doing that right now, but doing random select only..... though I don't remember if MK1 has random select or not? lol
oh and this is excluding MK3, since I don't actually have MK3 unless I download it, but why bother since I got 4 different versions of UMK3???? lol

Everything else just falls somehwere after it.

MKDA is clearly the most flawless MK in terms of story, graphics, and overall feel. Thus being the best.

I wish MK:DA had the jumping mechanic that's in MK:A then it would have been perfect or almost anyway.

Not the air kombat, the jumping and jump kick mechanic like from the older games.

1. MK3//UMK3//MKT = Fast paced, combos, atmosphere was still pretty good, story wasn't terrible.

2. MK2 = atmosphere, brutality, good use of colors, story, secrets

2.5. MKSM

3. MK1 = atmosphere, story, secrets

4. MKDA = good revamp, solid story, couple cool new characters

5. MKD = Konquest Mode

5.5. MKSZ: Myth

6. MKA = KAKharacter, hated it otherwise

7. MK4 = hated it
