Easily Quan Chi baby. Shang Tsung is just a sneaky old snake. =^)

I like both Quan Chi and Shang Tsung (It's too hard to pick one of them)

Quan Chi's introduction to me was too messed up for how people tell me he's supposed to be.

Shang is my favorite character.

when quan chi first appeared i thought he was the shiities character ever made with his makeup and spike shoulder pads, but his moves were cool. he has potential to be cool but i will never like him because of his ties with sub zero and scorpion.

shang tsung is better because he is an original and is the one you love to hate. he could never be a good guy. he is too evil. im not saying i like shang better because hes original and i dont belive in new characters. new characters are always cool for example: noob saibot, ermac, smoke and rain. ninjas are my favorite but to get back on topic of sorcerers i go with shang tsung because of his soul steal.

Shang Tsung all the way. He's got those skull fireballs and Cary Hiroyuki-Tagawa also made an impression on me with how great he played Shang Tsung. Also Shang can steal souls. That is badass indeed.

Quan Chi, because he actually looks like he should be fighting. Of course maybe sorcerors shouldn't be fighting.

Shang Tsung cause he's so classic and was very powerful throughout the series with kool moves, As Quan Chi is very weird looking with just copied moves from other characters and stupid fatality Neck Stretcher in MKDA.

Definitely Shang Tsung. He is one of my favorite charters. Great storyline, nice special moves... I just love Soul Steal move. It’s one of my favorite moves in the whole game.

I generally regard Quan Chi as more intelligent, scheming, and deceptive, though it's to Shang Tsung's charm and suaveness that I keep being weak.
