In the animated Teen Titans series, Deathstroke died and went to Hell, made a deal with a devil intending to invade the Earth, was brought back to life to serve him, then later betrayed said devil and went on a long, difficult quest to successfully earn his freedom and soul back.

Granted, that's not canon with the comics, but it proves he's capable of surviving the same things Scorpion has.

In Teen Titans the anime, he (reffered to on the show as Slade) is always one step ahead of everyone. There has been countless times where they have killed him and he ended up coming back. So it would be a very long battle for Scorpion, but eventually, Scorpion will get him.

I'm going with Scorpion here because he just NEVER dies lol and has hellish powers..

Deathstroke is a badass though, but I'm with Scorpion here.

Never dies doesn't mean that he can't be defeated in a round of Mortal Kombat. He can still be defeated and send back to hell. Then he's got to work his way back to the earth realm.

Just take a look at the movie, or they storylines of the games where Sub-Zero defeated Scorpion a 2nd time after he came back from hell.

Deathstroke has lost fights to Nightwing and Green Arrow, neither of whom have powers.

That said, he's also beaten Batman (twice, I think) in some pretty epic knock-down drag-out brawls, and on one fairly recent occasion beat most of the Justice League at once singlehandedly. Though he had an extremely elaborate trap laid out ahead of time for that one. (for instance, he set off explosives in a pattern that would distract The Flash and force him to run a narrow path straight into his sword)

I didn't mean to say that he'd only lose against people with powers. But it's stupid to use the argument he loses against Teenagers, when most of them have powers and work as a team.

As for Nightwing, he isn't an amateur himself. And I've read that Deathstroke lost on purpose against Green Arrow.

I'll go with Scorpion here.
