Ok...Nakm, there is one thing to consider. This thread has already been created (the damage has already been done), and the only thing that may or may not become of this thread is it may be closed one day.
Yeah, despite the few people who actually made topic-related posts in here, this thread hasn't gone over too well. No big deal, IMO, it's just another thread.
however, I do agree, this thread should not consist of any type of game play, such as same moves and "cheap" combo usage. Because that's the way the game is played, and basically it's all about adapting to your opponent.
LoL... Paralyzer, come on, man. Don't make me use that quote of mine on you, too.
Dont get me wrong, I complained when I started playin' online, I was also a "scrub" when I started playing.
I didn't "just start" playing online. If I remember correctly, my wins/losses ration is more or less 973/384, so I've been playing this for a while. This should tell you that it's not just people who JUST began that dislike some of the things I mentioned. There are no set groups of people who share the same opinions, and another group of people who think differently. Every single person (not only online but in real life) think their own way about things. And getting off the philosophical crap now... the little MK-geek labels are tired, IMO.
You may complain about pullers/quiters/cheaters/ and anyting else you may feel you need to rant/vent about...
THANK YOU! Something else G_gamer would do well to read 20 times. Though you're kinda contradicting yourself, Paralyzer =/ ...
And errigardless of rather it seems as if Nakm is complaining about the thread, that's all over with, but I would say it would be in your best interst to take both mine and Nakms' advise (not that you haven't). Nakm is a good player, he beat me...
He does sound like a good player, and so do you, based on the tips you guys have been talking about, all of which I paid close attention to. But being knowledgeable in MK mechanis doesn't make anyone more powerful or more important than they were before this game was even out. Again, the whole "My opinions matters too much for me to say it only once" sh*t.
i'm not the best player, but I can hold my own pretty well, and the reason is, is because I put the way people play behind me, and I stared to "play to win"...Just like Quan Chi, he's all swords, that's the best way to play Quan...not htat i'm a Quan guy, but you should know right then and there, that now people play Quan, so you should learn to adapt to Qauns swords.
See, you're basically telling me why I shouldn't be bothered by certain things I've mentioned, right? I really do take to heart what you're saying, and chances are that from now on I won't be as annoyed as before by certain things. HOWEVER, I only really value what people say if they say it ONCE and don't stay on it forever. G_gamer did say some understandable stuff, but he complains on and on about the thread and moans on and on about my first post, which makes me just view him as completely annoying, regardless of how valuable his past statements are.
And for the record, Scurb, is something, a scrub plays with rules that truely do not exsist.
I didn't say a "scrub" was a term someone made up. I'm sure it's real, but that doesn't make it any less depression-inducing and unimportant to me, lol.
If you play with one pattern, your opponent will adapt to you, rather easily. So just try to think, outside the box, and you should do pretty good, if you play "cheap" with someone who is playing "cheap" that person will NOT complain afterword. Playing to win cosist of anything you have to do to win, if there's only one move that seems to connect, use it, but dont abuse it, cause if you abuse it, your opponent will adapt to that and then your screwed, if you know that move works everytime, use that as much as possible, but throw other htings in it to change things up so he wont really see it coming when you do use it...
Hmm... yeah, I see what you're saying. That's a good way to use a cheap move once in a while, and not feel too bad about it, lol.
But anyway... it's nice that you're backing G_gamer up, Paralyzer, but no matter how well you defend his points, I still see no reason to change my point of view about everything I said in my last post.
And G_gamer, I (again) don't mind if you post once more trying to attack me or not (we both know it'll be another unsuccessful attempt), but PLEASE! for all that is holy, read my last post! Don't ignore it just because Paralyzer came up with his own points. Seriously...
Oh yeah, almost forgot:
ha your funny man
your still jsut complaining
Isn't that what G_gamer's also been doing, complaining about the thread and my first post? And isn't that what your hypocritical arse is doing right now, LoL?

LMAO! Well said..Expect yet another pathetc post from him, complaining yet again. *rolls eyes*
(Beautiful Post Leo, BTW
He does sound like a good player
Yeah Nakm is a good player, plays to win, plays with respect. I honestly cant say that I played Nakm all that much, but when I did, that's how Nakm played. And no im not, contradicting myself, you can post anything you want, but then again, complaining about the way peope play is about redundent because, as i've said before, it's about adapting to your opponent. Now this may only apply t lower and some mid lvl players, if they do it once, expect them go do it again, and counter that. To be more secure about it, let them do it twice, if they do it twice, thurd time is a charm, counter it. And honestly it dosn't matter what your stats are, I had about 2800 something wins and like 3010 loses, most of my loses came from Villian, I played Villian more then anyone on the servers, and he still would ALWAYS beat me 10-0.
and also for the record, I wasn't calling or considering you as a scrub, but I was kinna tryin to get you to understand that, "cheap" and "cheeze" simply do not exsist. I'll guarentee if you play to win, you will feel better about yourself, cheap moves or not, becuase in your head you KNOW your playing to win, and with tha attitude, you'll play better players... cause they will find you, and you will find them.

i said a straight fact
not a complaint

Yep.....that's about how I feel.
I'm not exactly "playing to win" however(not that good yet I don't think), the majority of what Im trying do is build a round enough KaK. Plus, I just like the fact that "I made the character that beating you".
I mean, I AM trying to beat you, don't ever get that twisted. But not at the expense of building some "one button" character. It takes too much fun, and any kind of the re-play value out of the game....(As little as there already is in MKA)
dah..
I know they don't matter much, since you never know WHO a person has actually played, but they DO tell you how long the person has been playing for, which is why I mentioned it: to show you that I'm not a beginner in this.
I see what you're saying, and hopefully that was your goal in talking about all of that: to make sure I understand your point of view on the matter. If that was what you hoped to accomplish with the tips/explanations/etc., then you've done so, because I pretty much get where you're coming from. I do hope that now that you've made your point and I've concluded that it's very valid, it'll end here and we'll move onto something else, so that you won't do the same thing as G_gamer and continue to repeat yourself and try, in vain, to piss me off (I don't think you will).
So

I oughta skull you for bumping this thread, Pred >=P. Now get the **** online when I'm on so we can play, already! >= O
Haha! I'm trying out a new character so you may catch me on a little more often.
Next time you're thinking about doing that, drop me a PM beforehand lettin' me know when I can find you. I'm so curious about ur crazy characters and how u fight ^_^ Plus, I just wanna "fight" with a familiar person.

I have unlocked Meat, Taven and Daegon but not BLAZE. How do i do it? I have a theory on how to do it, by collecting all the key/ special items. If so, i have 42 out of 60.
Can some one please help me out like point them out for me.
I have just brought MK-A and completed Konquest last night.

First, I see you're new, so welcome to MKOnline. However, this was the wrong thread to post this question. Try to be more careful, next time.
Check out the Community FAQ
In regards to unlocking characters, etc. in MKA, you do it by collecting all the relic items hidden thoughout Konquest mode.
10 - Unlock Meat
20 - 20,000 Koins
30 - Unlock Daegon
40 - Unlock Pyramid of Argus Arena
50 - Unlock Blaze
60 - Unlock everything in the Vault
If you need help locating the remaining relics, check out this thread:

1. I don't give a sh*t about wins or streaks, I play for fun.
2. Quitting pisses people off, and allows them to say "this guy quit", by allowing them to win, it pisses them off that they can't complain about a quit.
3. By putting down the controller and leaving my character motionless, sometimes the opponent quits and I get the last laugh.
After I fight a cheap player online, I simply put them on ignore. Why say STFU, when you CAN shut them up through this feature.
I play against KAK, I play against regs. If they pick Blaze, then I'll pick Blaze. I won't use cheap or repetetive tactics, I try to make the fight look like live action, realistic like a Kung-Fu movie. I NEVER quit and I NEVER pull the cord out of my PS2.
One thing I find funny is people who say STFU. This is funny because no one is actually talking, they are writing...think about it, lol.
That's pretty admirable. I don't know if I'd be able to just stand still and let a random ahole beat my character. I wish I WOULD have the guts to do that, though. The way you said it, it seems like the best and more "successful" way to deal with this nuisance.
I'm actually staying a bit "away" from MKA online and getting into some other games (Heavenly Sword rocks, BTW), but when I do return, I'll try to take some tips from you, lol.
BTW, Pred: 100% agree with you about the "00000"-whores, LoL! How much lack of life can you have?
