Hal Jordan as the Primary costume. He was the first Earth Green Lantern Corps member and the first Green Lantern of the silver age. And since the GLC uniforms are the most recognizable as Green Lanterns he supersedes...

Alan Scott as the secondary. He was the first Green Lantern and his costume is the most different from Hal's. The only reason I wouldn't choose him as primary is because non-comic readers wouldn't recognize him as a Green Lantern.

^ Yeah, plus he's the main Green Lantern in the current comic, and the most Iconic.

john stewart is my favorite so i'm hoping for him but it'd be unlikely.

Hal Jordon and Guy Gardner are the best. Hope they make Hal the primary outfit with Guy being an alternative costume

Kyle Rayner would make a pretty decent alt.

Well John Stewart has gotten the most open media play as a Green Lantern. So I wouldn't be surprised to see that version of him.

However Hal Jordan is the most notable GL. Been through the most too I think.

I like John Stewart though. Besides, he'd buck the stereotypical "black guy quota" with a respectable choice for once.

Hal Jordan since he's more iconic. I also think Kyle Rayner could work or John Stewart.

Most fans(especially DC fans) will most likely want John, Hal or Guy....but IMO John is wayyyy too overdone, Guy has been there, done that.

And just about everyone wants Hal.

In a game like this, I think Kyle should get some recognition honestly with his past with Parallex, I think he has the darkest tone out of all of them IMO.

I know Hal also has a big history, so honestly I wouldn't mind him either.

So for me either Hal or Kyle, please DC NO John or Guy....

Interesting point, if any "oldschool GL" gets in, I wouldn't mind him since he IS the first originally. I just think the demand for the others except for Kyle is way overdone. Alan Scott would be interesting to see pop up again after all these years.

Reason why I want Kyle in is his backstory, he's an artist so that automatically makes him more unique and very different in style compared to the other GL's with the ring beams, shields etc etc. Kyle is more creative.

He is too old. Nobody would really know who he is. But then again I dont even know who Captain Marvel is

He was the first Green Lantern I've ever seen, so I'm used to seeing him.

Same with me ,Riyakou.

i don't want kyle simply because they'd have to go ALL OUT on his special moves. he definitely uses his power ring in ways that no other green lantern does or has in the past. so if kyle was in they wouldn't be able to do simple constructs they'd have to be extra creative. DC fans wouldn't stand for anything else.

that's why i want john, he uses his ring in a very effective albeit boring way. the development team would just have to make a few simple shapes.

HAL JORDAN without a doubt.

If the game is based off of the current time periods in the dc comic world.. well then.. many know that HAL is back and has been reborn.. I think this would work great for MK..
and if you're not 13 years old and spend time watching Justice League the tv show.. then you know that Hal is the most popular GL and has.. ofcourse.. the most comic book appearances in the entire Green Lantern series. In my opinion he is the best choice.

John's weak as daaaack, and Kyle has to have things constantly happening to him to try and make him better because hes such a shitty character in the first place. Thanks Ron Marz ;)

Not necessarily, granted I agree with you in the definitely they'd have to do more with his specials as oppose to the typically, boring and predictable other GL's that make shields, plasmas shots etc.

Kyle is cooler because of how unique he is with the ring, dragons, characters etc, they could do it. Think of how they did Scorp's teleport, and Shang's soul sucking with the skulls as animations...

They could do something like that or even something similar to say Sub's clone parry.

It would be more work though I'll admit, then again everyone's going to have 5-6 specials anyway so maybe what they can do is say they choose a different GL, have him make a "thing that each popular GL is known for"

Example, one more can be a dragon bite and toss paying homage to Kyle, another a plasma shot like Hal(and most GL's), Sheilds like John's always making, a bubble attack, some kind of flight attack move etc

If we get a GL at all, make no mistake, it'll be John, to fill the minority quota.

We can always hope for Hal or Kyle as an alt costume though.

Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against him because he's black, just the character himself, he could be green(no pun intended) or yellow but he's just too overdone like other GL's. Kyle doesn't get enough attention as the others have IMO.

Good point, hopefully we'll get a Kyle alternate at least.
