I mainly use Kitana, a character I haven't enjoyed playing as this much since MK2. I also use Deathstroke every now and then, and Sub-zero only when the other guy picks Flash

Raiden (duh, right?)

Green Lantern makes a rare appearance but I mainly only run with Raiden. I like to get at least close to mastering one character before I expand.

Scorpion. He's the fuckin bomb. also, not sure if anyone realizes, but, when you beat up scorpion to a certain point, you can see that his hand turns into a skeletal hand.

Have either of you played me before?

I ask because I pretty faithfully beat Cap Marv. w/ Raiden I don't remember the last time I lost to him.

I mean, it's really no big deal though, I have fun either way.

EDIT: damn....that came out wrong anyway.

Subbie or Captain Marvel, almost always. And I throw in Deathstroke, Batman, and Lui Kang occasionally as well. Lui Kang's very enjoyable to play as in this game, even though he's never been a favorite of mine. I think his cartwheel kick thing is a huge plus for him.

I played against a guy who was the Flash last night. All you have to do to beat him is just block, then combo. This dude was getting pissed and told me I needed to do more moves besides stand there and hold block then combo. It was hilarious.

I've been using Captain Marvel 95% of the time. Once in a while I'll use Sub-Zero or Liu Kang.

Batman, Sub-Zero and Liu Kang mostly. I use Batman mostly against tougher opponents, and Sub-Zero and Liu Kang for regular opponents.

I also sometimes bring out Captain Marvel for fun

Well I haven't been able to play online at all since it came out. It says some shit about the server not being available or some crap like that. Lucky me. I would defenitely use Scorpion when Midway gets their shit together and allows this area to play online.

If you play against me, you're almost always gonna face Sonya... a pretty tough one if I may say so myself wink

I'll sometimes mix it up and throw the Joker in there, he's hilarious and very fun to play as. But I only do this if my opponent isn't too tough, if I notice I'm playing a really, really tough adversary, it's Sonya nonstop.

Catwoman makes a few appearances, too! She enjoys fighting against opponents who like to always choose "YES" to another fight grin

Flash, Subby, Captain Marvel. My roster everygame. With the exception of Scorpion.
Sonya Liu and Shang Tsung and Rayden and Joker. Attempting to get better with Wonder Woman and Flash is fun to use against n00bs like earlier today.
I try not to keep choosing the same character too many times, unless the other guy is too good. If they are hard to beat, I'll pick Raiden, Kang or Jax.

For now those are my best characters.

Problem I have is getting a good, solid combo going after a Green Lantern hand grab. Lately I've just been uppercutting into a 3 hit hammer, but there has to be something a little better and easier than the x x x combo.
