Define nudity in the media - is it the state of being nude, or just the simple act of exposing one's "private parts"? You can show someone nude and not expose their privates, and, conversely, you have someone clothed with their privates exposed. The "exposure" is the one defined as actual "nudity" is it not?
Is a girl wearing nothing but a hat , a belt, and some high heels "nude"? She may have her goodies showing, but she's still wearing clothing, so she's not "nude", but there are those who would say otherwise.
This is the shit I think up when I'm drunk and suffering from insomnia.
