IceBaby, my friends who worked at Game Crazy had the time of their life. They'd just have friends punch in for them at work, they'd memorize how much things cost and charge the customers, but then never ring it up and keep the money for themselves, and I've never seen somebody walk out of a store with so many video game consoles, games, and accessories. It was complete madness, but I bet all of the Game Crazy stores aren't like that.

Organic Chemistry is by far the easiest branch of chemistry there is. Perhaps our minds think differently, but I guarantee Org-Chem gets simpler if you review daily.

I can tell you that working at a movie theater or a grocery store really sucks. The upside of working at a movie theater is free movies. But from my experience it sucked....

Oh I wholeheartedly agree on that. It's all memorization. But I feel like having to memorize some of this content is just taking up brain space (and time) that I could be using for learning more about more career-relevant courses like Environmental Law and Hydrology.

I'd say that identification of compounds and their relative levels of toxicity is important (and probably the only thing I'll retain from this class in the long run), but detailed interactions of orbitals and pi and sigma bonding, not so much. It would be absolutely fundamental if I were a Chemistry major, but I'm not. I just can't wait till it's over.

Well, from a gay male point of view, I guess a nude man bending over can be sexy. For "straight* purposes, it's kind of an oddity :P

I'm so happy from last night. Dwight Howard, Rashard Lewis, Rafer Alston, Hedo Terkgolu all showed why LeBron James is overrated.

I don't get why Dwight Howard didn't get the MVP this year? The guy is a beast and his team is set to take the whole thing. At the start of the season I though Dwight was a sure win for the MVP, except the media could not resist giving to their "man crush" LeBron James.

Now, LeBron is good and all, but why do people call him "The King"? Have we forgotten that he lost in the NBA finals 4-0 in 2007 and this year he got eliminated in the Eastern Finals. How does that make him "The King"? Dwyane Wade is the only player from LeBron James' draft class to get a ring. Let's not forget the number of scoring titles Dwyane has won. Even their freshman year in the NBA, D-Wade was the clear choice for "Rookie of the Year" with far superior stats than LeBron in points, assists, steals, and blocks. Yet, they gave that to LeBron too.

Let's also not forget the last olympics in Greece where LeBron was the supposed best player for our country, yet we came with a bronze medal. Now, in China, we added guys like Kobe Bryant, Chris Paul, and Dwight Howard and walked away with the Gold.

People say that when the Lakers fail it is Kobe's fault for not doing the right things and no one is ever allowed to blame his teammates. The media also points the finger directly at Kobe. Yet, this year, when LeBron's Cavs got eliminated the media was quick to defend LeBron, stating "he was perfect, it was his teammates who choked". Can you say "double standard"? LeBron took almost 40 shots in one of the games, yet when Dwyane Wade or Kobe Bryant take more than 20 they get criticized.

People say Kobe is overrated because he has yet to get a title without Shaq, but the man has gotten two conference titles without Shaq and yet he's still considered overrated and many people still say LeBron is better. Yet about 95% of all Americans are quick to say that LeBron is the single greatest player since Jordan even though he doesn't have a single championship title! Can you say "double standard"? How can LeBron be the better player without anything to show for it? I hate it when people answer back to that by saying "it's his teammates fault, he's great but his team isn't" because that excuse never cuts it for guys like Dwyane Wade, Kobe Bryant, Danny Granger, Carmelo Anthony and others. No, instead when one of these guys' teams fail everyone says it was their fault. Well, I say good riddens to LeBron, I'm glad he's out of the playoffs that way we can enjoy the rest of the finals without hearing about "LeBron is the best thing since Jordan, he may be better than Jordan". If guys like McGrady, Iverson, Carmelo, where never called the greatest thing since Jordan despite their incredible numbers, than why is LeBron? Until he gets at least 4 rings than I'll believe the hype. Until then, LeBron move over, let Dwight Howard shine as the true "MVP" of 2008-2009.

Lebron has nothing to show for it? What about the consistent numbers he's been putting up all year? You're mixing individual player awards with how the overall team does. MVP is an individual's title, not a team's title. The fact the MVP is chosen before the finals is proof you don't need a ring to be the most valuable individual player.
