I should try it online, I registered my nick on the PS2 MKA the other day now that I have high speed. I predict laggy games though, and the fact I've not touched the game for a long time and not even gone through about half the fighters to see their endings even since I got so tired of the game then, doesn't bode well.

Jonin.. if you play on PS2 Online, stay away from Kingmob or anyone in the 140K clan.. I remember those jackasses... They have no skill... They pick on the weaklings and run if they face someone with real Skill... Also Avoid the Tombstone Drop abusers(Dairou/KAF)... 9/10 that's all they know and have no other skills so it's not worth your time(that bit of advice goes to both PS2 and Xbox users so take heed) As it's been awhile since I've played online... I have no idea if any of the aforementioned people are still active but if they are... the advice is well worth taking(not to mention this time and this time only, it's free of charge)
