I've been waiting on this battle.

The emense cosmic and mulecular powers of Magneto, pit against the God-hood of Raiden. Neither are a joke, and both can be looked at as immortal in one sense or another.

Both of them are my most Favorites of each franshise but...

My Vote Definatley goes to Raiden!!

Raiden has been around longer than and would outlast Magneto. Magneto is mortal. Powerful, and able to mulecularly disagree with the aging process but, nonetheless mortal.
Magneto is Ultra powerful. But I think this battle would come down to who's the bigger combative genius. Wisdom over sheer power. God =Raiden not just Viewed as a God=Magneto

If you think hard enough about this, to "destroy" Raiden...Magneto would have to effectively eliminate the magnetic planes in all of exsisitance only then elliminating Raidens' God-Hood Plain of jurisdiction, but destroying himself and everything in exsistance as well. Picture exsistance without electricity.

Raiden only has to be a solid body when he wants to, and can exsist anywhere electricty is present or possible. He can create it, furthermore "re-create" himself.
Physical abuse isn't an issue for Raiden. cosmic wise is the question here. Magneto is not prepared to deal with Raiden on the level Raiden can take it to. Sacrifice exsistance itself to destroy a being that could still rule the element after his sacrifice? No. Magneto's a genius too, and logiclly, this wouldn't be a feasible equation for Magneto I think.


Magneto is strong enough to give Raiden a problem though. *Understatment*

Think about it.

I am a happy well adjusted emotinally disturbed person, and for some reason all the raiden sprites keep staring at me I mean it tell them to stop, they are scaring me hides

my friend pred gave me this one, and the avvy that goes with it, but I love the ones flameshang and darkryder gave me too, so expect a cycle of these three folks

why? seems like everyone else is going "raiden is immortal" which is true, not to mention the fact that while mageto has one aspect of electricity, the magnetic part, raiden probably would foul that up very nicely, and lord knows what else that psycho god would do

Going from MKSM, though it is not canon, Raiden's powers are weaker in Outworld. Also, MKF said (on page 4)

Man Raiden can't die in outworld. Where do you thing the fmv for Deception took place? In Outworld, particularly noted in front of Shang Tsungs "soulnado"

That's in outworld. All the Tarkata outside..remember?

Raiden's powers weaken there but he can't be "Killed". He blew him damn self up. And came back. Magneto would be a problem, but he would not beat Raiden. Even on a cosmic level.

I guess you are right, I just thought MKF knew like everything about MK, so I just followed him. So I change my vote to Raiden.

is it me or should they seriously consider this for a comic now?

actually when worlds cross over like this sometimes you can go between worlds at will depending on the writer so don't count out either realm yet

I would love another comic . But not anything MK against the X-Men world of comics. That's a liltte bit of a no no. Actually that's a huge no no. LOL


The MK world would get murdered!! understatement....Even Raiden I'm afraid in that instance.

I think this battle would be hilarious to watch happen.

Reason why is because the're both shape shifters and color changers. Ha!

Can you see that? They'd spend the entire battle trying to find each other!!

Fight wise though, I think Shang Tsung has the edge here with the sould steal and unlimited potential that way.(fire balls ect) I think he's been around longer than her too. He should be more experienced.

Mystique can hide, decieve, and infiltrate extremely well, but heads up...nu uh.
Not to mention Shang Tsung is further up the ranks than a ninja we all know and love Reptile. Who can "camoplauge"//disappear and all. Shang Tsung is not a Boss for no reason people.....

My dude Shang Tsung would get her.
