I dont mean to sound so mean, but I have to voice my opinion.
You guys are talking about ooo he can just take her powers and whatever. Unlike Shang, jinko doesnt just make the moves, the reason why once you unlock him is because after allllllllllllllll that long training, he learned. He learned Chaos from Havik, how to use ice from sub, the spear from scorp, flip kick Li Mei etc etc....
He cant just decide okay let me be emma frost. And, All Emma has to do is turn into Diamond and then its over. Jinko could do nothing from that point to fuck with Emma. Plus after Professor X and Maybe Jean, Emmas telapthy is off the radar, so all she gotta do is go into Jinkos mind and fuck him up from there. I love jinko 100%, i thought he was a top 3 new guy since mkda, but, Emma would own the fuck out of anyone from MK. So once again Emma.

Yes, on some things, you're right. But you're refering to conquest mode were we had to fight some of these characters in order to progress in the game. I think we're relating his potential more to what his ending depicted for us.
So that I would be able to defend myself during the quest to find the Kamidogu, Onaga had given me the power to absorb the fighting ability of any warrior I encountered. But his 'gift' would prove to be his undoing. The warriors in Outworld were in disarray. Heroes were not focused on the true threat of Onaga, and villains were unaware that they were bringing about their own destruction by serving him. I united them, and in one moment, absorbed their combined fighting power.
Jinko doesn't need to be "taught" every style he inherits , all he has to do is "encounter" you. Much like "Mimic" from the marvel universe. The thing Jinko has over Mimic(which, by the way is why I chose to pit Emma against Jinko instead of Mimic), is because he's unlimited the way of how much power he can inherit.
Let her be telepathic, Jinko will emulate exactly, let her turn into a diamond, Jinko will emulate exactly. Let her try any of her overly powerful moves against Jinko......and he will emulate to her maximum potentetial exactly. He's not limited to just her powers at all.
His only real limitation is the fact that he is a human and can die. Just like Emma. Shujinko would win this one I think, because he's older and already has emulated everybody in Mk. He's more experienced than Emma frost. Litterally.
That to me makes him a force to be rekoned with even in the Marvel unverse. With enough battles under his belt, Jinko could easily battle some of the top tier characters in the Marvel universe and win.
I did a decent amount of research on this battle just to make sure I wasn't fooling myself.
