Yes she has. I just watched Love and other drugs yesterday, and she is incredible actress, and incredibly beautiful imo. considering I also read that her costume isn't going to be her traditional costume, but more of a makeshift robber, gives me the impression her costume will be like Batman's initial costome in the first movie (before he decides on taking on the mantel of the bat), I don't see her being overly sexualized in this film.

Meh, just Gary Oldman breathing in a bed with a montage of the older movies, and maybe 4-5 seconds of Bane. Pretty good, but the Dark Knight teaser was better IMO.

You know... Catwoman. Anne Hathaway plays her in this movie... But we barely got to see her in her Catwoman outfit, if at all... I didn't see it.

She wasn't in there. I'm guessing this is just a huge teaser to get us hyped up for a much better teaser.

Something I also noticed at the end Batman looked extremely tired I think correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Bane tire Batman out before he broke his back in the comics.

Hopefully they show Bane as his genius self in this movie and not like that Batman can't even remember the name crap.

Bronson is really only a case for Hardy's ability to play Bane.
I think anyone with reservations about the character being a primary villain for the film is going to need a lot more convincing -- perhaps moreso after the trailer. A burly bloke in wacky head gear is probably not the first thing that comes to the minds of people devoted to these films. There's bound to be a broad thematic stroke (ie; 'anti-Batman') that salvages it, but I could understand someone having doubts still. For the critical and illinformed, Bane is still a one-note strong man in a wrestling mask, and any 'corrupt Doc Savage' high concept behind that is probably lost.

Should be interesting to see how it all unfolds! Particularly if this is the movie to do as so many predict and actually introduce the super-science of Lazarus Pits and other unlikely Bat-phenomena.

Commissioner Gordon? Thought it was interesting the way he was keeping his face pinned to the pillow. Felt reminiscent of the pre-reveal shots of Harvey Dent in The Dark Knight -- although I'd find it hard to imagine that's of any relevance. Surely... (Not that I'd rule Harvey out just yet).

All the talk about fake trailers, maybe not, but the description for the video clearly explains it's a fan trailer. There's some Equilibrium and Insomnia in there, a few others. "Catwoman" is made of clips from Blade II and Aeon Flux -- not sure about the Hathaway clips (but they're clearly mismatched).

Oh lords, you're right! D'OH! I HAVE Aeon Flux the movie! I knew it looked familiar, but lords... Dayum.

For those people that aren't aware, the first 6 mins of The Dark Knight Rises was attached to the beginning of the recently released Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol. I just managed to find a leaked version here:Dark Knight Rises Prologue. The Trailer is embedded part way down the page. Also the Dark knight 1st Official Trailer.

I know a lot of talk on the internet right now about the prologue is that bane's voice sounds like shit, and weird as hell but it also sounds like he may be RussianPrague from the accent. I'm not too familiar with his back story from the comics, but it also seems like they're making him out to be a military soldier.

But it seems the trailer has been taken down from all of the sites on the web.

So they are in a rush to take down a trailer.... But not the first six minutes of the film which would require you to spend 8 bucks on a movie ticket to view.

I think it may be due to it being on YouTube. they are trying to get rid of the 6 min prologue as well, but the link I posted is actually hosted through a facebook account it seems. It's different than the clips shown at the end of the prologue.

I am insanely hyped for this movie to the point that I honestly wish i hadn't come across anything related to it because 7 months is just too fucking far away. I'm already about to buy the Knightfall graphic novel to flesh out Bane's story a little. I know they're not adapting the comic into the movie, but i think since the Dark Knight kinda borrowed bits and pieces of Miller's "The Dark Knight Returns" and Moore's "The Killing Joke" there's a good chance of stuff from Knightfall being used.

Because the 6 min footage I've seen has been HORRIBLE quality its hard to really judge Bane's voice. It was certainly muddled but i was able to decipher most of it. That being said however I have complete and total faith in Nolan as a director and think any audio issues will be sorted out before the films release. After all he's still editing it.

Also I think the opening sequence really worked for Bane since it was kinda reminiscent of Batman's capture of the Chinese mafia dude in TDK, as in like the grand aerial heist style of it, and Bane is suppose to be Batman's equal, if not a more brutal version. (At least i think, not really familiar with the Batman comics/characters quite yet).

And as far as Bane's accent goes, to me it sounded like an eerily polite British accent. But either way the accent isn't too important to me, as long as he turns out to be as awesome as he seems.

So yeah, really looking forward to this and am gonna try to not spoil myself with everything single second of footage i come across like i did with Watchmen.

Indeed. Looking up Bane's Bio on Wiki, and from the new official trailer it looks like The Dark Knight Rises will borrow some elements from the Knightfall Story arc. With Bane releasing inmates from Arkham (or possibly Blackgate) to wear down Batman. Also note Christian Bale's worn down appearance when Michael Kane is talking to him, he just looks out of it.

That 6 min intro is definitely a rough cut IMO. I found a supposed leaked script of the scene, and when the CIA is hanging Bane's first henchmen out the plane he is supposed to shoot him, and throw him over. In the 6 min footage it's clear he didn't shoot the guy, and actually pulled him back into the plane. So i figure a lot of it will cleaned up going into the final cut.

As far as main characters go, that seems to be it. The wiki site does list Cillian Murphy, and Liam Neesen as having been spotted on set. So you can expect Scarecrow and Ra cameo.

Bane is known as "The man who broke the bat"

I fully expect Bane to break Batman's back, much like he did in the comics.


That way, it would be an "end" without killing Batman and officially closing absolutely all doors.

I have heard the theory that Bane is going to strait up kill Batman, and that's how the series is going to end. The role of Batman would be passed on to someone else, because "Batman is a symbol, not just a man." It's just a theory I've heard but it totally seems like that is something Chris Nolan would do.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised. Scenes from the the 1st Official Trailer look like the movie will borrow heavily from the Knightfall story arc. Bruce Wayne can be seen bloodied with Bane talking to him. Also with scenes of Bane tossing a crushed batman mask as well, and well the pic of Tom Hardy joking around with one of the stage hands above.

Personally I've though for the past few months that they should do a Batman Beyond trilogy next. Hire on the majority of the people who did Tron Legacy, and bring Nolan on as a consultant to try and keep the trilogy inline with his trilogy, and too also get his idea of how he visually sees some of the characters that wouldn't have fit into his movies (ie Robin & Nightwing, Mr. Freeze, Kill Croc, Clayface and Azriel).

If I stand correct, there will not be a Batman movie proceeding the end of this series. Or am i wrong, will there be more Batman movies.
