Hey Vash, you made Sean79 a sig recently and I tried to get him an animated avatar but they all came out too big on the KB side of things. He can't wear them on this site but here's what they look like.

310kb: Original long version. It didn't work out quite well. Wrong theme.

225kb: Long Version. Came out great, but too heavy on the kb size once I uploaded.

140kb: Short version, first half of the one just above. Still too heavy on the kb size.

96.9kb: Short-er version, second half of the second long one. STILL too damn heavy on the kbs.

Although, he could probably wear this last one, but his sig would have to come out a lot smaller in order to adhere to the 120kb max on this site for pictures per account.

I checked the kb size of the one you made him, and it's too big 150.22kb by itself. I'd say, make him another one, and save your sigs as JPG/JPEG's from now on to avoid gettting people shadow banned over their signature kb size. You know how to check it right?

Yeah, without the armguards it does look a bit...off

And Pred, those Avy's are badass, I'm sure Sean79 would be pissed if he came into this thread.

Redoing the starter post in the Cutout thread soon and thought I'd jazz it up with oversized avatars while I do so. For the sake of categorizing things better, and adding my special touch to a little visual aid, check it out:



Alphabetically in the cutout threads starter post, she's first so, she's the first one I did as a sort of experiment. Worked out good I think. I couldn't find a clean picture of her sword so, I was kinda lost for a concept with this one.



I thought he was gonna be harder but he wasn't. Took a mere hour to put this one together. Manip'd his MKvsDC ending pic for the background.



He was simpler. 1/2hr. Heat//Fire always is.



Doesn't look like it, but this asshole was tough. And yes...that is actually a glass of beer in the background. lol.

EDIT (5/5/09): Ditto Cyrax. Had the background animation from when those clan threads were around. Nobody was using it as far as I know, and it fit Daegon well so, there we have it.




Not in alphabetical order according to the cutout thread, of course. But I just had to go after my man Tgrant on this one. hehe...This one was probably the toughest one I did though, trying to get the clouds+rain+lightning to cooperate was annoying. Took about 5hrs to figure everything out and it came out great so I'm not upset now.

Flat out asking for it in this thread warrants skulls. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse for breaking them. Especially something as illegal as pirated software.

Getting stuck on Dairou and Darrius for animated avatars. Any suggestions?What are those characters' themes? I know Dairou is an assassin for heir, and Darrius is a rebellion against a cause, but how the hell do you illustrate those things?
