Something that will show people MK is back maybe? Something new that people will get excited for that will get the game some buzz.

No way they would just be setting everything up and putting so much effort into a looping trailer.

I think alot of this game was already in the making before the WB thing really transpired. The nods to the UnReal engine, that "MKSM2" game that got canned....more than a few of the character models...ect. Also, I'm not at all sure, but isn't it easier to produce a 2D mechanic, rather than a 3D one? Even if they stayed with 2.5D, they'd already have most of that coding in place for this new game.

My point is, I think they saved a whole lot of time on this game, judging by what it looks to be made up of. They're already showing 8-9 characters in the first trailer? A trailer that has the insinuation attached to it being put together a little while ago?

Something big could pop up.

Then again, maybe it will just be trailers :-\

If that is true, MK/WB Strategy For E3=Shit. It's the best opportunity to show the game off and win back tons of casual gamers who are there at the event. Trailers don't let them experience, most trailers there are made to catch your eye so actually playing the demo builds is how they get a sense of whether the game will be good or quite crap.

There still could be a playable demo. all he did was confirm an ultra violent trailer.

I feel real bad after not really caring about MK since they did that DC game,but this has my intrest.

I'm sure we'll be back to an E3 at some point. This year however, D'ArqueBishop used his vacation time already and just moved, I'm dirt poor because I'm adopting in the Fall, and Joey is busy with his full time job. There are a couple of sites that you can check out though that are having live coverage this year.

The point is that there is so much of the game that needs work that they are missing the entire Christmas season of sales.

Ill be headed to E3 this year i dont know ive been there a bunch of times and a theaters mean just trailers. I hope its playable ill send some footage to you guys so you can post it ill try to talk to ed. ive talked to him a few times in the past. Well everything I wanted to know...
is known, there was a demo, people played it, and there was waffles and chicken.

If the rest of the game is like Kung Laos fatality, and that awesome move by Sub Zero, Ice sword stab in the chest and snap it off, the game will be awesome.

I can't wait to see more fatalities!
