I'll happily forgo a playable demo of MKX if it means that the devs get to preserve information until the game's release they way they hope to.

We saw the main squeeze to get the gist of what happens, just not every little bit of it. But I might of been reaching a little when I said "there's more", lol.

Goro looks great, it should be noted his reveal at the end is his character select walk up. He looks fuckin incredible, so much detail, not over done like the last few games. Looks perfect.

glad to be back though with MK rebooted and i'm liking everything I see, including the comic. even though with Cassie i doubt Johnny will be in this game(my guess sonya will be in over him), but hopefully Smoke, Havik and Liu Kang get in(most of the post Mk4 chars I like, seem to be unpopular i.e Darrius, Mavado)

The graphics are fantastic. It is the videos. Even for allowing Youtube artifacting you should be able to notice a lot more detailed textures and better lighting just by turning the resolution to 1080p.

I have played the game at an event and I can say these videos on Youtube do not do the game justice. Seeing the game live is another thing compared to the Youtube videos.

Completely off topic, but the voice actress of Kitana really has a sexy voice. So sultry....


Anyway, with Kitana being back I have to believe it should guarantee Mileena coming in (as a playable character). Even with Kitana's death in MK9, her resurrection or whatever will not dissipate the rivalry between her and Mileena. If anything, it should enhance it given the fact that with Kitana gone for x amount of years, Mileena could stake a claim as Outworld's newest leader with Shao gone. As seen from the comics, Mileena will ally and allow various men to cop a feel on her so she can realize her goal of ruling Outworld, and perhaps annexing Edenia like Shao did before. Kitana returning threatens all that.

This is exciting to see her return, I'll be waiting to see how NRS explains Kitana and Kung Lao returning without Quan Chi's control over them. And where the hell has Kung Lao been???

That still leaves quite a bit of open space in terms of roster members especially if we get a few more than 28 if the size was indeed expanded a little bit. Even if it wasn't expanded, I'm still feeling good we're gonna get a good number of post-Trilogy kombatants. As to whether or not they will be the ones people want most (Fujin, Tanya, ect.) who knows. But I've got a good feeling.

I'm still a little disappointed they didn't save these 'dead' kombatants as surprises for when we first boot up the game but hey, Kung Lao and Kitana still look fucking amazing.

I disagree. I do not think the reveal of Kitana has anything to do with Mileena or Mileena's chances of returning to MKX. Both characters have other higher priorities then renewing a very vapid rivalry in this timeline. If Mileena has designs on ruling Outword then by the time the game is set she has failed because Kotal Kahn is the Emperor of Outworld. From the viewing of the new MKX trailer it seems Kitana wants to kill Quan Chi. I do not see how those plot lines converge.
