The more I look at this interview the more I think Boon was completely lying about the Reptile thing. Why would he confirm or deny Reptiles appearance right now? Its so friggin obvious he was caught off guard by that Question. He even had to stop and think about it before saying no.

Yeah right, Reptile deserves it more than baraka or mileena, especially mileena, i think she should this one out, although i do agree more villains, so reptile and baraka, if baraka really needs to be in the game. Reptile deserves it, its a shame.

Yeah right. At least Mileena is relevant in the fact that she is an interesting character. I'm not her biggest fan, but she certainly has a cool storyline. Personally I'm rooting for Kung Lao.

And for people saying Kung Lao's Fatalities are too violent, well besides the fact he could just throw his hat in them MKDA style, it's possible to have decapitations in a T rated game - all you have to do is turn everything funny colours/monochromate/or silhouette it.

Boon said Reptile wasn't in the game. He also said that if there were secret characters, he wouldn't be telling us who they are, which leaves the possibility of Reptile being in the game and Ed's first statement being a lie so that he doesn't give away all the secrets.

to me the issue isn't the rating at all. the issue is what DC will let happen to their characters. i don't think they'd be even willing to THINK about having superman get his head cut off. OR have a giant hat stuck in his head.

Why? He's you're stereotypical minion and his story isn't that great either and apart from being the host to Onaga in Deception he rarely does much for the main plot.

Oh well that bites a bit, however it is not the end of the world. Reptile would be cool to be in the game but it is MK's choice (however ,i rather that certain other characters that are in the game would be taken out.) Regardless the game will still most likely be fun and entertaining to play.
