In MUGEN, Wonder Woman is a bear ninja in woman's clothing. Basically she kicks as in MUGEN

There aren't really a whole lot of DC characters that currently exist for MUGEN, and many of them are so incomplete they're nearly unusuable.
The only truly worthwhile ones I've found are:

Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern(Hal Jordan), Green Lantern(Guy Gardner), Superboy(Conner Kent), Plastic Man, Ice, Lobo, and maybe Bane if you're desperate.
And to be honest, I only included Batman on that list because he's already been seen in the topic. In my opinion, the character is too unfinished.

I beg to differ there's quite a few characters done or still in the works for Marvel v DC and I'm sure there's plenty other DC characters not necessarily in Capcom style but in their own original games.

Still in the works is one thing. I have a ton of beta characters who, when they're done, I'm sure will be awesome, like Luthor, Sinestro, and Brainiac. But right now, they have almost no moves, so what good are they?
As far as ones that are done, I would appreciate it if you'd name some then, so I might seek them out and add them to my own game.

Fanmade. They use existing characters and than edit them to their liking. For example, they took Psylocke from the Cacpom games and turned her into Wonder Woman.

Not necessarily. Boon did say that characters would be tweaked for balance, ie toning some down and amping others up. Besides, from a gameplay perspective, all of them would have to work, that's what gameplay balance is all about.

Yes, and he was talking about characters that have special powers and abilities. Non powered beings are not going to be affected. Do you honestly think the merging of two worlds is going to turn characters such as the Pinguin, Riddler, Joker or Two Face into steroid up, super martial artists?

Honestly, Two Face Vs. Johnny Cage? The moment Two Face would throw his coin to decide whether or not he'd shoot Cage, he'd get shadow kicked all over the place.
