I just can't imagine that being an ideal choice. Cleaning the cup multiple times a day? And reinserting it? But I guess I'm a lazy American and I like the easier disposable methods. Then again, I'm not a lady either.

It all depends on how heavy the flow is, really. I did a lot of researching before choosing a cup and I've read about some ladies going up to a good 10 hours before needing to remove them for disposing/rinsing/reinserting.

I liking my cup. Doesn't have the bulky feeling of pads, or the TSS risk of tampons.
