Anyway, got a mid-term back, and am happy with it. Why? Because I didn't lose marks for this answer to a question. The text I was identifying was Davy Crockett's Morning Hunt (look it up, too lazy to find it online), and here's my brief description of the work that I wrote...
He considers himself such a great man, even the Sun respects and salutes him. He is God-like in having to help out the entire world by getting the Sun to rise and shine, and is shown in an impossible situation that he handles without a single problem. He can be likened to an oldern-day Chuck Norris (even though Chuck Norris was alive at that point, since he created the Universe after he was created by God).
