Even though she is my favourite choice for DLC, i'm surprised Sareena is the fifth more voted charachter (did i write that right?). I think she would have been a far better choice to be in this game than the lady in red, but well... Let's hope the MKTeam will take this in count when making the decision for DLCs

I wouldn't have changed the Smoke label. It's pretty well known at this point that Human Smoke is already in the game with or without spoiling anything, so the one that would have to be DLC is specifically the cyber version.

Id say sure with the post mk characters but i agree not so much mortal kombat 4 characters because they wont have as much of an impact in the next game (excluding shinnock because hes from mythologies)

but yea id prefer it if they were characters that made sense in the story.

I'm glad Human Smoke made it to Mortal Kombat after a long hiatus. I am okay with Cyborg Smoke too though so it wouldn't bother me if he made it into DLC. As for my top five votes for DLC, I would put a high emphasis on new fighters. They are a good investment for the sequel. Here it goes:

I'm actually kind of surprised by what I'm seeing: Even more love for Rain than I would've thought and definitely more love for Motaro than I ever would've predicted. Then again, I'm not a big fan of his, so there ya go, what do I know?

Just throwing this out there, if they are going to charge 5 bucks for a character like MvC, then there is no chance in hell I'm buying them.

I'm sincerely hoping that they'll have packs where you get something like two characters, two arenas, more wacky stuff on test your luck, perhaps a new mode (COUGH SURVIVAL HACK MODE COUGH), some new krypt items to unlock etc if they charge that much.

That might sound like alot, but 5 bucks is a little under 10 percent of the cost of the complete title. For that amount, It would be nice to get a little under ten percent of the content of the game.

I might be willing to go up to 7 or 8 dollars if the pack had a ton of content, but I sincerely hope they don't plan to just nickle and dime people to death by giving out one character at a time or one arena at a time and charging five bucks each.

At that rate, you'd basically double the cost of the title just by buying six characters and six arenas or something along those lines, which is just flat out ludicrous.

You know I wouldn't be surpised if the game developers were working on Rain before they announced that they were not going to have him in the game considering how they thought fans were going to react to his absence. Anyway here's my list, unforchantly Rain free, Sorry.

1. Kenshi- A classic martial arts hero, and the best MK charater since MK3, you can't go wrong with a blind swordsman.

2. Nitara - I have been a fan of vampires way before this phony vampire craze that Twilight started (mine started with the Lost Boys) but the MK team had a nice take on it. Nitara also was a interesting charater herself, with both traits of both hero and villain including loyalty and deception she has something going for herself. There is a lot you can do storywise with a charater like her. Plus I agree with Baraka407, her moves would be epic in 2d, especially her blood spit.

3.Sareena - To much time on the sidelines. the fact that they made her playable in armageddon proves there's love for her by fans and the developers, there's a lot of fun to be had with her as a fighter, especialy being a posable love interest for sub-zero.

4.Mavado- With an exception of the annoying sound his grapple hooks makes Hes a nice addition to villain lineup. I think it would be cool if he was more like a ninja with multiple grapples per hand instead of the stretching hooks he has now.

5.Asharh- Yes I did, I voted for Asharh. In all fairness she dose have a good presence in the MK universe. A demon who wants to be human is just a fitting as a men who uses the wrath of hell to his advantage. pluse she has cool powers and a cool look, especialy compared to the scantily clad look most female fighters in this game have.

So thats my two cents, do what you want with it. And incase your wondering yes I'm new, nice to meet you.

Yea I actually dig Ashra to. In terms of story shes pretty similar to sareena but hell id like to see em both. And with DLC mk needs all the females they can get.

I think the this MK could use a girl with cloths... not cause I really care but everyones seems superpissed about the mk girls being to skanky

Ashrah is a great charachter, but i wouldnt vote for her as DLC, but i would rather have her in the next MK. Being a demon and an ex"sister" of shadows, she has a lot of potencial history wise...
